1. No pets allowed in the pool area.
2. Dogs must be on a leash, under the control of their owner/walker at all times on the Tennis property.
3. Dog waste on the Tennis property must be collected and disposed in the trash.
4. Do not leave the dog unattended in the home or penned on the porch or balcony unless they are crated and will not bark.
5. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
6. Failure to follow this policy may result in loss of the deposit.

The Tennis Center has been newly renovated and now offers indoor tennis throughout the year and outdoor tennis when weather permits on newly resurfaced courts..

The Tennis complex was designed by prominent architect Howard Backen in 1978. Completely renovated inside and out in 2009 with new siding, windows, bathrooms and kitchen it is like new.
