Welcome to our modern, newly renovated retreat near Lake Lanier, Road Atlanta, and Château Élan! Enjoy a fenced backyard with a basketball hoop, cozy bonfire area, BBQ space, and peaceful woods—perfect for kids, pets, and relaxing outdoors. Inside, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, (+1 sleeping space, NO door). Smart TVs (including in bedrooms), a fully stocked kitchen, and an oversized living room TV for movie nights. Outdoor sensor lights and security cameras offer peace of mind.
Free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Located less than 2 miles from Hwy 985, just minutes from Lake Lanier, Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, and 12 minutes to the Mall of Georgia. Only 15 minutes to Château Élan and 17 minutes to Michelin Raceway. Local parks, shopping, and scenic mountain farms are also close by.
🐾 One small dog (up to 25 lbs) welcome.
👶 Children welcome—please note the property is near the road.

We traveled to Lake Lanier for a quick family vacation and this house was perfect for our family of five.Everyone had enough space, the home was very clean, the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do, and the host was SO HELPFUL and easy to communicate with.The price was also perfect...it was nice to take a family vacay and not break the bank.

My month long stay was everything I could have wished for. The outdoor space was a hit with everyone and the attention to detail in the living space was well done. Temporarily Homeless

Sold our home before the closing of our new home took place and we need a comfy place to stay Asap and this cozy little place gave us the what we needed a place for my family my puppy and me. We all loved our stay!!

The Cutest house

The house is adorable and staged well. The front could use a screen door and rocking chairs for those thunderstorm nights, but other than that, the house was nice and clean.

Lovely Home

Great location, very clean and the owner's are very responsive. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on a busy road so if traffic disturbs this may not be the place for you. We had a very nice time. Thank you

Work Getaway

I was up for a week for work and had my wife and son come visit for a few days. The place was nice, cozy, and clean. There was a minor issue with the door code and the property manager was easy to communicate with and got everything worked out quickly. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful Gem!

Quick and easy access to I-985 and I-85, restaurants, grocery, and shopping.Very comfortable and clean. This is a very nice property with adequate parking and privacy, as well as all the incidentals needed! Host was prompt to respond and made check in and the booking experience painless and positive!Only suggestion, anti-slip grip on shower/tub floor to prevent falls. Tub gets very slippery with conditioner ..Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and comfortable

It was a beautiful stay! However, the listing stated there was a jacuzzi and there was not one. That was disappointing. In addition, there were no instructions for the beverage station. I could not use the tea pot. Otherwise, the host, the property, the details, the comfort was amazing! I especially loved the fresh cut flowers.

Comfortable and welcoming home that has everything one needs to settle in and relax. Plenty of space for everyone to not feel like they are on top of one another - so much better than staying in a hotel or suite. Host was exceptional and the house was just what we and our pets needed. Would definitely rent again should the need arise.

The manager lives down the street. The location is so perfect due to near by shopping, restaurants, Lake Lanier activities, Chateau Elan and Road Atlanta Race. These are some of the few attractions that are families enjoys, and we share everything we know with the guest as well.

Our property is unique because it’s located on a private lot 1.5 acres. The home is completely renovated and has a great modern comfort for your stay. We are slowly improving the outdoor experience for our guests.
