This idyllic and charming home exudes everything magical about Captiva Island. Originally built by Katie Gardenia (the original owner and designer of the Bubble Room). Tropical Sunrise was completely remodeled combining modern touches with timeless charm. Tropical Sunrise is a luxury vacation rental home located on Old Lodge Lane in Captiva Village on beautiful Captiva Island. Tropical Sunrise has over 2,800 square feet of air conditioned living space. The open floor plan boasts an upscale kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, sleek white and stainless steel cabinetry, and beautiful granite countertops. The home is fully tiled with surround sound inside and out.
The stunning tile floors lead you to the open living room with soaring ceilings and a flat screen television. The charming dining room framed by windows and a wood ceiling with a table that comfortably seats 8. Located just off the living and dining rooms you will find a screened-in patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a relaxing pool view.

The home includes four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The first floor has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedroom along with a bathroom round out the first floor. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen sized canopy bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom on the first floor offers flexibility with a full size bed or the option of a trundle bed that can be used as two twin sized beds, flat screen television, along with a deck overlooking the pool.
The large second floor loft overlooks the living room featuring an extra-long sofa and daybed. The second floor has a second master bedroom with a king sized bed, walk-in closet, skylights, flat screen television and an en suite bathroom. You can access the third floor rooftop deck from the second floor master bedroom where you will find views of the morning sunrise over Pine Island Sound and a spiral staircase that leads you back to the front door.
The home also boasts a game room on the lower level with a full bathroom. This room provides plenty of fun for the entire family with a gaming system and built in entertainment area with attached lanai.
Landscaped with mood lighting surround the home in the evenings so the fun can continue in the private heated pool with tanning deck and bubbler. Additional outdoor space includes an enclosed lanai and barbeque grill. There is a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage adjacent to the pool area.
It is positioned on a quiet lane lined by palm trees. Far enough from the center of Captiva Village for peace and quiet but close enough to be able to walk to and enjoy all the amenities that Captiva has to offer. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach.
