We completely understand how frustrating it is to have your peace and quiet disturbed on vacation. While our local team lives and works right here in the area, our management authority and maintenance services are strictly limited to the properties within our rental program. Because the neighboring house is a private residence managed independently, our team did not have legal access to the property, the ability to perform maintenance on their equipment, or direct contact information for that owner. When issues occur on outside private properties, local municipal code enforcement or law enforcement are the only entities with the authority to intervene. That being said, we sincerely apologize for the breakdown in communication regarding your request for relocation or reimbursement. Our goal is always to support our guests as much as possible, even during unforeseen external situations, and you should have received a clear and timely response to your message.
