We actually didn’t get to stay at this location due to renovations, but Gibson Beach Property upgraded us to the Tides at Tops’l. That location was wonderful and Gibson was great with communication. We have stayed at this location before and we loved it. I’m sure the renovations will only make it better. Either way, we enjoyed our stay with Gibson and look forward to booking with them again next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo. The view from the bedroom and living room of the beach & pool is amazing! We loved all of the windows in this corner unit. We recommend taller chairs on the porch, so that you can see the beach. The clear railing on the porch was very cloudy, making it hard to see the view of the beach from the chairs provided. Some of the furniture could be modernized but we didn’t mind the traditional style. The staff was wonderful & very kind. The location is great. Over all, it was a great place!

I can't say enough how pleased we were with this rental: from the views, convenience of being steps to the white sands beach or beautiful pool, proximity of parking, to the cleanliness, shuttle to Baytown Wharf. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella but will pay for the beach service next time for convenience. Definitely will rent here again

April 2022 Stay

Perfect location and very clean. Loved everything about our stay. Bed could have been a little more comfortable for me but overall a great place. We are looking to return this month.

Bday getaway

This trip was a long weekend , 60th bday getaway just for me and my husband. Everything from booking to checkout could NOT have been better! Super pleased and will return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay in this unit. Great view of both beach and pool and the condo was very roomy for a 1 bedroom. It is a gated community and very secure. We did call maintenance to notify them the garbage disposal wasn’t working and they answered promptly and fixed the issue. We also contacted them about dryer taking at least 3 cycles to dry. They also promptly responded and came to inspect and said they would come back to repair. That was not resolved by the time we checked out but possibly this was repaired after we checked out. My only negative comment regarding the unit is the toilet is pretty low to the ground. My #1 priority when I’m on vacation is cleanliness which exceeded my expectations.They have a shuttle that takes you to Baytown Wharf(5 min away) that has shops/ restaurants/carrousel and entertainment. Great area for kids. I would highly recommend this unit/area and book again

Wonderful!

The view was by far the best! Loved all of the windows and the balcony. Perfect location literally just steps from the beach. Extremely well equipped kitchen.

Great views and location

We absolutely loved the views and overall location and convenience of the condo and property! The washing machine malfunctioned the last night of our stay but they were right on top of it to attempt to fix the issues! Would definitely want to come back to this unit
