• No pets allowed on the property.
• Checkout time flexible depending upon arrival of next guest. Please communicate with the host in advance if you need to extend your stay.
• Max overnight guests 8. Do not invite or host any additional guests without the host's permission.
• No loud events, and gatherings must be out inside and private backyard area. Respect the neighbors and the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
• Loss of TV remote is a $45 replacement fee.
