BEDROOMS
Each of the 4 bedrooms features high-quality linens, multiple pillows, Roku-enabled smart TVs and portable workstations.

• Bedroom 1 - Downstairs: double bed and 50-inch Roku TV. This is a great room for family members who have difficulty navigating stairs and it is next to the downstairs bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 - Upstairs: Double bed and 50-inch TV.
• Bedroom 3 - Upstairs: Bunk Room with two sets of sturdy twin bunks.
• Bedroom 4 - Upstairs: Master bedroom suite with king bed and private coffee bar.

The upstairs master suite with king bed and an en suite bathroom has generous closet space, coffee bar and a workspace desk. The master suite's patio overlooks the backyard private pool and is perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

Other things to note
All guests must be 25 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or adults that is 25 years or older and responsible for all guests, to rent and stay in the home.

Driveway comfortably fits two large SUVs or trucks, or three to four smaller vehicles.

Stairs are required to access three of the four bedrooms.

All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided, with a washer and dryer in the home.

This home is cleaned by professional housekeepers and quality inspected prior to your arrival.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door and backyard.
