Welcome to Sea Cabin 230B Seaside Sanctuary! Get your fill of the coastal lifestyle and relax in style in this wonderful Isle of Palms luxury oceanfront condo mere steps from the warm sand of Isle of Palms Beach! You will definitely be spending each day out in the sunshine by the shared pool or exploring the local shops in town, yet downtime spent indoors will also be a blast with free high-speed WiFi, pastel blue accents throughout, beachy decor, and all of the comforts of home. When everyone works up an appetite, there will be no reason to leave as the full kitchen is more than ready to assist in making anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal that everyone can enjoy together at the breakfast bar or out on the furnished balcony.
There is one queen size bed in the bedroom, two small bunk beds in the hallway, and a hideaway queen bed in the living room couch.
There are two smart TVs, one in the den and one in the bedroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.
There is a grocery store near by if you need more during your stay. There is also a coin operated private laundromat on site next to the pool.
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 1 vehicles can be parked at this property.

By completing the reservation you agree to the following: ✧ You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. ✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. ✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID. ✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $300.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.
We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay: 1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking. 2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property. 3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal. 4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Easy booking, check in an check out! Loved the location. Could see an hear the ocean! Unit was very clean an inviting! Had everything we needed! Only thing is bed is spongy, needs to be firmer!!! Information on booking an checkout is great!

Location was great. Grocery and restaurants were nearby and you could walk to them easily. Also, it had a great ocean view from the balcony and easy beach access. Lastly, we appreciated that it was nice, clean, and well furnished.

Sea Cabin 230B had everything we would need for our stay. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of soft bath towels were provided. Location was close to pool, ocean, stores and restaurants.

Beautiful Spot in Beautiful IOP
Nice quiet relaxed place. Lots of nice families. Our Sea Cabin was clean & comfortable. There is easy access to the beautiful beach, and it is very cool that there is a private fishing pier.

Reasons I would book this property again: affordable, accurate description, LOCATION, ease of check-in/checkout.One note: After renting hundreds of VRBO's over my lifetime, this one was BARE BONES when it comes to staple items that people do not want to buy on vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs, staple kitchen items like cooking oil and seasonings are EASILY left behind for the next guest and are a HUGE value added. No one wants to buy things like that for a few days/week long visit. There was literally one salt shaker. That's it.

Great time at the beach
My stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was impeccably clean, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to relax. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive to Charleston, which allowed us to enjoy both the charm of the city and the tranquility of the beach. The beach itself is lovely, with pristine sands and beautiful views, perfect for morning walks and sunset watching. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone looking to experience the best of coastal living.

Awesome place to stay!
My husband and I spent almost a week here. This condo was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and a fully furnished kitchen! Communication was fantastic with the host company by both the app and their texts. The area is great - short walk to shops, beach, bars & restaurants! There is even access to a private pier. It does say it sleeps 6 but I would not sleep more than 4 here - great for a couple or a small family. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

Small condo but perfect for three of us. I think this would be tricky if we had a ton of luggage due to limited space in the bedroom but overall, we had a great time! Very walkable to restaurants nearby.
