The complimentary in-town shuttle operates from November 1 to April 30 from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Not available in summer for free. Airport shuttles, Lyft, and Uber, can be purchased separately.

The house and Sally were wonderful! Sally was very communicative before and after. I would highly recommend this house for a few families. Easy to spread out with their own bathrooms and an area for kids to play and adults to hang out.

Dear Sally,We had an amazing experience at your home in Breckenridge. I absolutely loved the castle-like feel created by the vaulted ceilings, and we were all very comfortable throughout our stay.Thank you so much for your thoughtful accommodations and wonderful recommendations. Chef Chris was incredible—he prepared meals that were exceptionally flavorful, healthy, and absolutely delicious.It truly was a wonderful stay. The views of the ski slopes were outstanding, and we were blessed with beautiful sunshine every day. The home was Beautiful, very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything we would ever need and we enjoyed the games. The garage has saucers and tabagones so we all had fun playing out in the snow! If your looking for a large home that is warm and comfortable this is the one for you, we are looking forward to staying there again,

We were so impressed with the space, the rooms, the game room was a blast, kitchen had just about everything you could think of, the deck and outdoor area were breathtaking, and the views were 10/10. Highly recommend this property to larger groups who want an amazing experience.

The view! You cannot have a better view of the mountains from every room on the front of the house and the view from the deck is amazing. Family friendly outdoor play space with big kid and toddler sets, a high chair, 2 pack and plays, and an upstairs loft playroom. Enough bedrooms for everyone and a bathroom for almost each as well! Well stocked kitchen and pantry with all supplies included to cut down on your grocery bill. We suggest checking in first and then heading to City Market to pick items you need. If we hadn’t wanted to stroll through downtown or take the gondola, we wouldn’t have left the home! We went in August and opened our windows and used the fans provided since there isn’t any air conditioning and were fine because you get a good cross breeze.Lovely home with gorgeous views, from a delightfully responsive owner.

We stayed for our family vacation and had a wonderful experience! This home is beautiful, well maintained with plenty of space. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen and pantry. Wecooked every day and really enjoyed the large cooktop & double ovens! All the bedrooms had their own bathroom! The basement was a favorite especially the theatre room. We loved all the outdoor areas especially the upper deck to enjoy the spectacular mountain views! Check in was fast and easy. A great home!

Spacious and beautiful home with spectacular views

We were in Breckenridge for a family reunion and had a wonderful stay at this home. We had 3 couples staying in the home with 2 dogs and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms well equipped. We ended up having the whole extended family over for dinner one night and there was plenty of space, we hung out at the firepit, enjoyed the deck and the wonderful views. The house accommodated the group incredibly well, the little ones even had toys and a high chair. We had a couple of minor issues while we were there, but Sally and her management company attended to these well. We took advantage of the hiking trail that's right out the back every day. We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and would happily return.

Amazing Family Celebration

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights to celebrate Mother's Day and many big birthday milestones with three generations of family members. The house was perfect with everyone having plenty of space, their own bathrooms, and large gathering areas on every floor. The elevator was great option for our senior parents. The views were spectacular! We loved sitting on the upper deck and to enjoy the vista of Breckinridge ski resort. The theater, game room, fire pit and hot tub were fantastic amenities. The house was very well decorated and clean. It had every amenity you need for cooking big meals. The dining room table and great room were perfect for so many people to spend time together with spectacular views. Sally's communication and responsiveness was outstanding. I would highly recommend this as a large family/friend gathering house. We will definitely be back!

Great place and great value

Sally was fantastic as a host. We had 10 guys staying for a reunion ski weekend. The shuttle was a great addition because the house is slightly outside of Breck. But a terrific place. We will be back!

Great home!

We loved the property!! Overall a really wonderful experience. The house matched the listing perfectly and our big group easily fit. House was well stocked with spices and other kitchen items. The house was extremely clean as well. The owner is awesome. The power went out in the whole neighborhood and the owner immediately stopped by with flashlights and candles! The only few issues we had: we were at the house on a weekend where the high was 5 degrees.so the downstairs of the home was very cold. Luckily there were extra blankets, so we made it work! The bus situation was also super helpful, but the employee who you have to call to set up transport is very rude. We had a tough time with him, but the actual drivers were so kind and even took someone back to the house who forgot their boots and then drove them back to peak 8!! Would definitely stay again.

Delightful

A wonderful mountain escape with plenty to do to keep a large group happy. The amenities are on point, the kitchen is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, and delightfully it is even more spacious than the photographs give justice. We came with 14 people and had plenty of room for all of us.

Great family home

House was very large with great common spaces and 2 large master suites. Kids really enjoyed exploring the woods nearby and many options for all kids to play with. Kids loved the Theatre room. Only issue would be that the trampoline didn’t feel especially sturdy. Might be time for a new one. Other than that, was everything we expected and more

Outstanding House and a Great Experience

We loved everything about this house for our stay. There is an incredible amount of space for everyone that isn’t fully captured in the pictures. The property management team was very responsive. And an added bonus is the complimentary shuttle to the mountain which we used for all 3 days of skiing. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I will definitely look to stay at this house and/or with the property management company again!

Wonderful stay

We had amazing stay. The house and location was perfect. Beautiful views of Breckenridge mountain and the town. Quick shuttle ride to the mountain. The house was perfect for our family of 18. We had ages from 7-12 and then adults in their 40s. Would recommend and stay again if we ever come back out that way.

What a lovely place

My whole family and I stayed here for an early Christmas and we had an absolute blast. There was enough space for us all and communication with the property management was prompt and easy. There was enough space for my massive family game their hearts out, or recharge depending on their needs. It looks even better than the pictures. I highly recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for

We booked this home for my husband and I to get all of our friends together and it did not disappoint. There is plenty of space for each couple to have their own bedroom, many had their own bathroom, and we were all able to spread out. On top of that, the property is absolutely gorgeous and the home was spotless. We can’t wait to find an excuse to come back.

Most amazing trip!

This house is absolutely amazing and the property manager and owner were so easy to communicate with. They were incredibly accommodating and made our stay perfect! We already have plans to come back next year! Incredible experience with our friends and family!

Breathtaking!

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped home. The kids loved the trampoline and media room. And the adults enjoyed admiring the view from the many seating options. We also appreciated the large pantry to store our groceries out of sight. We can’t wait for a return visit!

Family time in the mountains

We rented this property for a Labor Day weekend getaway. Family came in from all over to stay in this beautiful mountain home. The property was large enough for 14 adults to spread out, get good rest, gather inside for shared meals, enjoy the views and sunshine on the deck, and see the stars while gathered around the fire pit. Evenings were spent in the basement making the most of the game room, the hot tub, and the movie theatre. We worked closely with Sally to arrange for a small wedding and catered dinner in the home. The weather was beautiful so the wedding was held on the deck with amazing views of Peak 8. The dinner was held inside and the private chefs were able to make good use of the large kitchen. The family dogs all joined us and there was plenty of space for all 4 dogs to run and play. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better place to accommodate our family time in the mountains. Thank you to Sally and the maintenance crew for being so responsive and accommodating.

The management was amazing and the house was very well stocked and cleaned for us. If I come back to Breckinridge I would definitely rent this house again or another of their properties.

Family Reunion

A great sized home for a large family gathering. Views from the patio were absolutely amazing and plenty of activities within the house to keep everyone busy. Easy check in process and great communication with property owners.
