Welcome to our wonderful condo, in the beautiful Colonial side of Vallarta...Conchas Chinas, the 'Beverly Hills' of Vallarta. Get away from the tourists and big hotels and find peace and quiet next to the sea.

This first class Oceanfront building includes maid service (Sundays excepted), triple purified water, security gates, all linens, cable TV, VCR, DVD UNIT, CD player and IPOD dock, 100's of books, art and artifacts, fully AIR CONDITIONED but with fans in every room as well. We have WI-FI internet capability.... bring your wireless LAPTOP and you will have full internet service with e-mail, etc. Just set up on the dining room table and you are connected to the internet. Bring your Magic Jack and get your long distance for free. Our building consists of 24 units with an elevator takes you to our unit on the second floor. Our heated salt water pool located just off the beach has plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy the sun.

Our condo contains two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, two deluxe baths with unlimited hot water, living room, dining room, and a fully-equipped Hacienda kitchen. The two bedrooms and the living room look out to whitewater views of the beach through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to outdoor patios with comfy dining. And, the whole condo has beautiful cool red tile floors. **We use it for our own vacation home and have it fully equipped for ourselves.

ALL NEW Hacienda Kitchen: In the kitchen are a new stove, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new microwave, Stainless cookware, toaster, juicer and, of course, the ever necessary blender. Wonderful juice oranges can be found in the local market, Rizo, inexpensively. We also have provided tropical drink recipes including the best Margarita recipe you will find anywhere.

**Although Puerto Vallarta is one of only two cities in Mexico with federally certified pure water, our building has its own triple filtered water system.

PLAYA CONCHAS CHINAS....Our beach area consists of a series of sandy coves...the sand is beautiful and the water clear, ready for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or reading on the beach are the #1 activities here! We have your beach chair and umbrella waiting..... are the #1 activities here! With soft white sand and clear waters, ***Playa Conchas Chinas was recently certified as one of only 8 'Certified Clean' beaches in all of Mexico.

Puerto Vallarta is an incredible paradise because there is something there for everyone. For those looking for peaceful relaxation, lounging on our patio balcony listening to waves gently tumbling over rock reefs will quiet your soul. Whales and dolphins are often seen from the incredible view off our patio balcony. For those who enjoy activities, snorkeling off the sand beach is an opportunity to see brightly colored fish and nature’s underwater marvels. Parasailing, Deep sea fishing, horseback riding, zip-lining, amazing restaurants, art walks, cooking classes, language lessons, shopping, music and nightlife are as close as a 10 minute walk on the beach or a 5 minute taxi ride will take you from our condo to the Old Town or Malecon – Puerto Vallarta’s cultural center.
