A four bedroom private home on the White Mountain National Forest Boundary in the Beechwood area of Loon Mountain. A perfect location for a summer or ski get away. Enter to a large storage area with plentiful space for your summer or winter gear. Of the storage area is a 3/4 bath and the laundry room with washer and dryer. Head through the storage area to the recreation room with comfortable seating, television, DVD, ping pong and Murphy bed. Up one flight of stairs is the main living level with modern kitchen, dining area and living room with wood stove and large flat screen television (there are 3 remotes for the tv, they all have to be on in order to work 1 is for the tv, 1 is for the cable 1 is for the soundbar that controls the volume.) Off the dining area is the front deck with a wooded mountain view. Off the kitchen is the back deck surrounded by the National Forest. There is a full bath off the living area with the primary bedroom suite just beyond. The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed, television, private 3/4 bath and a slider to the front deck. Upstairs again is the top level of the home holding three additional bedrooms and another 3/4 bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a set of bunk beds and the third bedroom on this level offers a king bed and flat screen television.

While here enjoy the Mountain Club Fitness Center. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, and exercise room. (Maximum of 8 people allowed at one time.)
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: This home provides four parking spaces, including the garage.
The Mountain Club pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This home does not have winter ski shuttle access.
This home has 1 built-in air conditioner in the living room. This home has a charcoal grill.
This is not a pet-friendly home, (though dander may be present as H.O. brings their pet)
This home is not suitable for children under the age of 6 due to the spacing of railings inside and out.

We had such a great time! Fabulous location for our family! Just 10-15 minute drive from beautiful short walks and huge hikes in Franconia Notch. Access to the Loon Mt Resort with a swimming poool and gym and more (great on on rainy days) just a short drive down the hill. So many options we did not have enough time to take advantage of (mt biking right behind the property! Lifts to view the gorgeous scenery). A nice spot out back for grilling and games. 4 bathrooms! Comfy couches on 2 levels and a few nice tucked away bedrooms for quiet time. Very pleased and would pick this same location again in the future if it is available! Thank you so much!

The home had enough space for our 2 families traveling together to spread out. We enjoyed the pools and gym at the nearby recreation center. Our kids also had a great time with the Loon summer activities. Unfortunately we did hit a very hot week and there was no window air conditioners in the upper floor bedrooms and the fans were inadequate to cool the house down. Our 5 kids ended up sleeping in the lower level den so they could sleep at night as the bedroom temp thermostats read over 80 degrees. Otherwise, the property had everything we needed (including a fire pit for roasting marshmallows) and Lincoln was a great central location to explore the White Mountains.

My family of 8 (2 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids) had a wonderful stay at 3 Sisters home!! With 3 floors and 2 seperate living rooms, the house had a great layout for us to comfortably spread out and have space. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table, fire pit, and 2-story living room/catwalk. The adults enjoyed the breathtaking views from the front deck. The kitchen had all the proper utensils for us to cook multiple meals, and the dining area had plenty of seats for us to enjoy those meals together. We had access to the washer and dryer, which came in handy when we dried our suits after swimming in the pools/jacuzzis that we had access to at the main resort down the hill (walking distance-ish, but you'll want to drive, for sure). We used the grill provided out back to cook burgers, and then enjoyed them around the firepit, which only had 3-4 outdoor chairs, so you'll want to bring extras if you can. There were 4 bathrooms (1 tub/shower for little ones and 3 stand-up showers), which the host provided towels for. The host also provided plenty of throw pillows and warm blankets.The location was exactly where we wanted to be! A few minutes from the Kancamangus highway, shops, restaurants, Clark's Bears, Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch... all right there! Down the hill from the house was the main resort, which had pools, jacuzzis, a spa, a restaurant, rock climbing, and gondola rides. **Tip for gondola rides and a few other local places- buy your tickets in advance to save **

Our group stayed for 2 nights and overall felt the house was cleaned well and a nice stay. I do think some improvements are needed. The coffee pot was unusable due to a moldy filter that had been left from the previous visitors and not cleaned. Everything else seemed cleaned okay. However, I specifically asked prior to booking if the 9 guests in our group could all use the pool at the Mountain Club and was told "yes." 1 hour prior to check-in, the check-in email I received said a max of 8 guests were allowed. I went back and forth over the messages with the host/property management company Loon Reservation Service and was told again that all 9 people could go, only to later be told it actually was 8 but it shouldn't be an issue. When trying to access the pool we were also asked for a required physical pool pass that had never been provided. I feel that listing the pool as an amenity but not including the full details and access information is a bit "bait and switch." This also happened with the "gas grill" as there was not a gas grill but instead a charcoal grill. Had we known it was charcoal we could have come prepared, but unfortunately the listing was inaccurate. Additionally, there were no pot holders and the kitchen was disorganized making cooking more difficult than it needed to be. Lastly, I'll just note there were a lot of flies inside...more than I would expect even though it is a cabin in the woods. They didn't bite but they were a nuisance.

We rented there 7 years ago and we’ve wanted to rent again but we could never catch it for rent again. We hope that you’ll let us for the 2026 games and beyond. The house fits our family well. Plenty of space. Clean bathrooms and comfortable living spaces. Comfortable beds!! Kitchen has everything you need!!We love the ping pong table we play at home with our grandchildren so it was fun to do it on vaca. The access to the pool was wonderful for our grandchildren. We just walked right to the games. The view from the porch and backyard is stunning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Big enough that 5 16-20yr olds could spread out and my wife and I could enjoy our time w/o being an activity coordinator. Even the WiFi was great. Handled 7 phones, 3 laptops and iPad in the evenings. The only complaint I heard, from all, was that the mattresses where not very comfortable.

Not a great house

Not a great experience. Bad dog urine and musty smell in the damp basement. Broken window cranks on most windows. Bugs in basement shower upon arrival. Broken deck chairs and old dirty grill, also unsafe fire pit. WiFi not great and upper bedroom tv cable doesn’t work. Location is the only thing good about this house. It’s for sale so the owner must not want to update or fix anything .

So sorry that you did not enjoy your stay! We just wish you had let us know sooner than your departure. The owner had bought new deck chairs, but unfortunately the broken ones were still left on site. (They've since been removed.) The cable has been fixed, and new fire pit has arrived. Carpets have been steam-cleaned as well, and the housekeeper has been made aware of the cleaning issues. Window cranks and newer grill are in process too.

Highly recommended Loon Mountain rental with nice amenities

Reviewer Comments: 31 Beechnut is a great rental unit that has a nice private wooded lot, a large back deck with a fire-pit, and a large front deck with awesome mountain views. We spent a good part of our time outside enjoying both decks. There is a generous supply of firewood supplied by the owner, and we made use of both the fire-pit and the wood stove on a couple of chilly nights. The amenities at the clubhouse are included and they've got both indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor hot-tub, indoor whirlpool tubs, workout areas, a lounge, a restaurant, and a spa. During one particularly sunny day, we spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool and we really enjoyed the poolside service for drinks and food. We took advantage of the closeness to many hiking trails, and did a half-day hike to the top of Mt. Pemigewasset (Indian Head) to enjoy some spectacular views. There are many more trail-heads to choose from in the immediate area. We highly recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in this area, and we would definitely visit and stay here again.

Our initial thought was to leave and find a hotel, but once we turned on the dehumidifier and opened some windows, it was tolerable. There is a large DVD selection, however not enough seating for our family of 4 to enjoy a movie together. The home was conveniently located in Lincoln. Easy to get to the attractions and restaurants. The rooms looked much bigger in the photos.

Great Ski Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 31 Beechnut on March 2016 for a ski vacation. Many of us didn't end up skiing because of the lack of snow, but we still had an amazing time at the house. It's very clean, large and has everything you would need! We used the fireplace and outdoor fire pit when we were just hanging out at the house. There was also an outdoor Jacuzzi, but unfortunately there was no water in it--only down side to the house. The game room downstairs was a great bonus area, and the house is perfect for medium-sized groups. There is also a ski shuttle, but since it was a nice day out many of us opted to walk instead. It's not a long walk at all--just very hilly. Thanks for a great stay--we will definitely be renting this house again!

August 2015 Lincoln 2-Family Annual Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time my family has rented a house for a vacation and up until this trip I have always been happy with our experience. We chose this home because it allowed pets and we were bringing our 15.5 year old miniature poodle with us this year. There is an extra fee for bringing a pet so I assumed that you wouldn't be able to really tell that other pets had stayed in the house since the fee was supposed to cover extra cleaning costs. One of the first smells that hit me when I walked in the house was of urine. Thankfully this was just in the first floor where the game room was so we weren't spending a ton of time there. The house itself felt very dated and not kept up well. It was an extremely hot 4 days during our visit and while I knew the house didn't have A/C I would have thought it would have fans, but there was only one small one and then several windows didn't have screens so we couldn't open them for a cross breeze. I noticed mouse traps in the upstairs bathroom and under one of the beds, I didn't want to search for more. In the downstairs bathroom, there were a bunch of tiny spiders that climbed up out of the sink drain several times. The seating around the dining table didn't have enough chairs, one of them was an office chair. Downstairs where the game room was we had to search around for an extension cord to be able to use all of the games. All in all it didn't feel like there was much pride in ownership and thoughtfulness to make guests feel comfortable. I wouldn't recommend the house to friends and will not be rebooking for other visits.

Maintenance was speedy to take care of the problem& we were bee free the rest of the week We felt the living room area lacked enough seating for the number of guests advertised Bedrooms were nice, comfortable & spacious Loved having 3 full bathrooms & soft towels We were disappointed that we could not see mountains form the deck but made up for it with tours of the Kanc, Franconia Notch Parkway on outings. We shopped locally & found the staff @ Price Shopper to be very courteous & helpful. We ate at One Love & enjoyed the food Yes we would recommend this property to others with warnings about the narrow, curvy & hilly roads in the condo area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Woodstock for a wedding. We had a BBQ at the house one evening with many friends attending. We just wheeled the Ping-Pong table to the other room to set up food tables. All went well. It's a great house. The only complaint was the mattress on the twin bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the street sign is missing making it difficult to locate the property and the roads are in tough shape. Overall, other than bringing a few extra towels, the house lacked nothing.
