Pets are welcome! A $150 fee applies per pet. Please inquire about any size or weight restrictions.

★ PARKING:
Ample driveway parking for up to three vehicles.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be delivered to the door. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.
★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, pack and play, high chair and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.
★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.
★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the tropical conditions and local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.
* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.
The Neighborhood:
Just a brief car ride to the Florida Keys and situated between two National Parks like Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. Also, conveniently close for a speedy bike trip to the Southernmost brewery in the United States, Schnebly’s Winery and Miami Brewery.
