Take in awe-inspiring views of the Superstition Mountains from this desert retreat in Gold Canyon, where magnificent sunrises and sunsets color the enormous Arizona sky. Spend your days unwinding in the heated pool and spa, dining alfresco in the cool desert breeze, and marveling at the clarity of the stars overhead.

This 1,600-square-foot home is part of a gated community at the southeastern edge of the Valley of the Sun, a location which gives it easy access to both Greater Phoenix and the rugged landscapes of the Superstition Mountains. Visit the ghost town of Apache Junction (10 miles), find all sorts of hiking trails and golf courses nearby, and head into Scottsdale (38 miles) or Phoenix (43 miles) for a day of excellent shopping and dining.

The expansive, furnished patio is where you'll begin most days, bringing your coffee outside to the cushioned sofa while the sun is still low in the sky. In the evenings, admire the golden hour light as you flip steaks on the gas grill and set the table for a sunset dinner.

The interior is well-appointed and comfortable, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi running throughout the house. Highlights include an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an inviting living room with a smart TV and DVD player, and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own smart TV and en suite bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: One camera faces the front entry area and another faces the side gate near the trash bin area.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
