The patio doors open wide for the best of both indoor/outdoor living worlds. The expansive kitchen is stocked with all of the high-end necessities and cookware to prepare an impressive meal. The island has a breakfast bar with three barstools. Impress your taste buds with the delectable meals you will prepare on this professional six-burner stove. Coffee any way, this home has both a drip coffee maker and a single-cup Keurig. We'll even get you started with a supply of K-Cups for your first morning. Whether you choose to dine inside or out, the views will knock your socks off and you will never want to leave!

While the great room is a fantastic gathering place to relax or entertain, the home offers split bedrooms for the utmost privacy. Each bedroom is a suite of it's own with a private, attached bathroom. The roomy primary suite offers a King size bed and TV along with plenty of dresser and closet storage for your personal items. There are French doors leading directly out to the back patio. The upscale primary bathroom boasts dual sinks, a claw foot tub and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with contemporary furniture, a King size bed and TV, and has a private en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom has an expansive walk in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom is outfitted with two full-size beds. This bedroom also has a TV, features a walk in closet and also has an en-suite attached bathroom. The third bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. There is a half bathroom and full-service laundry room located in the main hallway.

Step outside to the oasis of views that exist in Gold Canyon. The recently developed backyard space has been landscaped with desert vibes in mind. Whether you are spending some time practicing your skills on the lush putting green, tossing bean bags or Horseshoes, or maybe even playing pool shark on the outdoor pool table, there is always something to do. Take a swim in the sparkling blue pool or star gaze from the spa. Grill up a feast on the barbecue while having a cocktail at sunset. The pool and spa can be heated for $60/night, or choose spa heat only for $25/nt.

Location ~ Just minutes away from over 20 trailheads leading into the Superstition Mountain Range and 16 golf courses, this property is located on the edge of Gold Canyon where privacy is in abundance. Phoenix Sky Harbor is located 45 minutes away and Mesa Gateway is just 30.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests ~
All bedrooms are equipped with TV`s and ceiling fans! All of the bedrooms are well furnished with attractive furniture and provide storage space for all of your belongings.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate tub, water closet and spa shower.
Bedroom 2 : Two Full beds, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3: King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.


Parking ~
Parking is limited to four cars, there are two garage spaces available along with two spaces in the driveway. RV Parking is also available, please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a trailer or an RV.



Important: To finalize your reservation, before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
