The Space:

Escape to a modern haven with classic charm at this Evergreen A-frame cabin retreat. Imagine waking up to the majestic expanse of North Evergreen, sipping your morning coffee from one of two decks. Nestled within the Aspen trees on this expansive lot, this fully renovated space comfortably accommodates 4 guests.



Everything inside is brand new, and you’ll feel the inviting ambiance immediately upon opening the front door. Enter into the dazzling and bright kitchen, where you can indulge your culinary senses with modern appliances and a fully equipped cooking space. Pass through to the dining area, where your entire group can gather for a warm meal or an evening of games. Cozy up on the couch and watch the snow fall through the large picture windows while you watch a movie. One bathroom on the main level offers a touch of luxury with a beautifully tiled shower and the perfect getting-ready space.



In the loft upstairs, you’ll find the primary loft, featuring a pillowy queen bed, sitting area, workspace, and en suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in glass shower and tons of natural light. On the main floor, you’ll find the first and second bedrooms, which offer ample space for a family or group of friends. The first bedroom has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds, and the second bedroom sleeps 2 with a twin bed and trundle.



Unwind in the secluded and quiet atmosphere with all the conveniences you need to escape the hustle and bustle of life. If you decide to venture out, you’re only 10 minutes to the nearest ski resort, 20 minutes to downtown Evergreen, and 40 minutes to Denver.



Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

• *Bunk beds - Please note that these 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) have a weight capacity limit of 200lbs and should only be used by children or small adults.

• 40 Mbps Wi-Fi connection is a moderate to fast speed, considered sufficient for basic tasks and HD streaming on one or two devices.

• Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper; this is all the septic system can handle!

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• Noiseaware - Please keep noise to a reasonable level. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.

• The wood-burning stove is decorative only and does not operate.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
