Breathtaking panoramic lake views on deep water!

Our Lake Hartwell custom built home is located in a gated private 3 home community with a park like setting that is truly spectacular. Upon arriving at 'Heartwell Heaven', you will notice an beautiful custom craftsman style home with lake views for miles, a gentle slope to the water and a gorgeous park like setting where kids can run and play. The flat front yard is a great place where families can play volleyball, badminton or corn hole while others can relax on the rocking chair front porch with a cold drink.

Another favorite thing about our property is that it is less than 7 minutes off I-85 which makes it so convenient. For college fans, you can get to Clemson in 30 minutes and UGA in 45 minutes. Our priority when building our home was to have an upscale home with all of the niceties, have deep water and amazing view, and be less than 2 hours from Atlanta, GA one way, and Greenville, SC the other.

Our dock is situated on deep water year round so put on your suits and jump right off. Though we are situated on deep water, we are also near a cove so the high speed boats are never an issue. We just got a brand new large boat dock with 2 slips. Our Malibu boat is on a lift in one slip and our 24' pontoon in the second slip (available for rent), but you are welcome to tie up your personal boat on the side of the dock. There is plenty of space. We have 2 kayaks, a Lilly pad, a large tube, ropes, some water floats, water ski's, a wakeboard and much more. Bring your sunscreen and fishing gear for a full lake experience.

As you enter the front door you will be greeted with spectacular views of Lake Hartwell from the entire main level. The home has many extra amenities for your comfort such as granite countertops, upscale appliances including a food warmer, 2 refrigerators, a full sized washer and dryer, a floor heater in the master bathroom, a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace and much more. The kitchen hosts a farm table which comfortably seats 8 people with 4 bar stools around the kitchen island. Walk from the dining area to our covered porch where you can relax on comfy patio furniture and rocking chairs while enjoying our traeger grill and a picnic table for outside entertaining.

There are two Master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms.
The main floor master bedroom (#1) has its own bath with a luxurious oversized shower, garden tub, double vanity, and floor heater. The upstairs master bedroom (#2) has a king bed and en suite with tub/shower combo, tile floors, and single vanity. The other three upstairs bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bath with a tub/shower and a large vanity.
Bedroom (#3): 2 twin beds and 1 set of bunkbeds, game and TV nook. Bedroom (#4): King bedroom suite Bedroom (#5): 2 queen beds, sitting area and floor space for an air mattress if needed. We do have a queen and twin air mattress on site if additional beds are needed.
