Our Happy Place! Amazing Vacation Home on Lake Hartwell

Our beautiful lakefront home is perfect for a large family or multi-family vacation. The living space is spread over three levels and includes a large deck. The main level includes one bedroom (king sized bed), one bathroom, the main living room area overlooking the lake, the kitchen, dining area, fire place and big screen TV. The first floor (basement) has two bedrooms (1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed both have an adjoining bathroom), a living area with a fireplace, pool table, big screen TV, bar/kitchenette area and lake front walk out. The third floor includes two bedrooms (2 queen sized beds in one and one queen sized bed in the other) and one bathroom.

We have a large gently slopping yard leading to a large covered dock with one boat slip and dual jets ski lifts. We also have ample parking (driveways on both sides of the house, across the front and across the street).

For those who have a larger party, we have a second home (VRBO #1893465) and we offer a discount when renting both. The two homes are separated by 5 other homes, making it easy to walk back and forth.

We are just 20 minutes from Seneca for shopping and dining, 30 minutes from Clemson (great for football weekends) and Anderson and 90 minutes from Atlanta.

For those who enjoy golf the Chickasaw Point 18 hole course is less than 15 minutes away.

This home was perfect for my families needs. The lake view was beautiful and expansive due to so many windows. Loved having the big open family room to Kitchen so we were always all together. Two big tables for playing games and or eating together. Lower level was perfect for one family with younger kids to have separate quarters and a pool table, kitchenette area and access to outdoors as well. Owners set up a Christmas tree for us since we stayed during the holiday which saved me so much time and energy. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Perfectly clean and fully equipped, yet also so comfortable! The yard down to the lake is a gentle slope, fire pit with many chairs in the middle. A perfect spot for a family gathering!

Great spot and n the lake

We stayed over the July 4 holiday for nine days with my family and my sisterā€™s family and children. We had a great time using the house and the very flat backyard comparatively. We used the boat dock to dock our boat every day and enjoy beautiful lake Hartwell. We had great communication with the hosts and would certainly stay there again.

Guys trip for Clemson game

This property is fantastic! The house is recently renovated and wonderfully appointed. The dock and lot and outdoor living spaces are great as well. The owners check in and out process was smooth and easy. Canā€™t wait to come back next year with friends and family for another stay!

Paradise On The Lake

This is our third stay and each visit is better than the last. The recent work on the main floor and deck area have made the house even more wonderful, taking advantage of the incredible lake views. Family Lake Trip 2023 šŸš¤šŸŸ

This is by far the best lake house we have stayed in. There is so much room indoors and out. The three levels give everyone a chance to spread out and the kitchen is fabulous. Everything about this property lived up to the advertising. We were staying there for a Clemson football weekend and enjoyed every minute. This house has everything you need for a wonderful getaway experience. My family is thinking of renting another time for a family lake vacation. 5-Star experience from beginning to end!

Beautiful home right on the lake!

Eight of us stayed in this beautiful house in October 2018. The house was perfect and the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Four comfortable bedrooms and two separate entertainment areas allowed everyone to have their privacy. The house has a very gentle walk to the covered dock. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Good times at the lake!

Great house, well stocked, clean, superb water location! About 15 minutes by boat to Marina for fuel, food and rentals. House is close to a nicer Dollar General, Gas station, pizza place and liquor store. 3 level house with stairs inside but an easy walk from house to the dock/lake. Would definitely stay again. We love Hartwell Lake!

This property was fantastic for all ages! From swimming, docking our boat, fishing, cooking, to having enough space for the kids to play. We could not have found a more suitable place to stay!! We look forward to many more vacations here. The property owners were amazing and only a call away with any questions.

House was amazing for multiple families. Wonderful last minute surprise of Main living area full remodel. Perfect setup for Clemson graduation brunch. Hosts were wonderful to work with and very responsive. Will rent again

Amazing and Relaxing

This place was perfect. I was looking for a relaxing place that wasn't too far from the event that I was attending. I went to the event Friday evening, relaxed by the lake Saturday, and headed back to the event Sunday. It was so relaxing I might have to book again and add that extra day and just go back on Monday. It's a must rent if in the area.
