Ultimate Entertainment Lakefront Cabin w/ Theater & Game Room!

The Paddle Inn is a rustic lakefront cabin that has what every person in your group desires. The entertainment begins with a private theater with surround sound, that seats 13; which is perfect for movie night or sporting events! Pass through to the next room to enjoy a full game room including, billiards, shuffleboard table, foosball, arcade, and a big screen T.V. Want to enjoy the fresh air? Step right outside to relax in the hot tub, play ping pong, or corn hole on the bottom deck.

Take advantage of one of our 5 kayaks, or roll out the lily pad to have unforgettable fun in the water. Be sure to try your luck at catching brimm, catfish or bass right off the dock or utilize one of our fishing kayaks.

Wind down from your busy day with s'mores at the fire pit amongst the private woods. Be sure to plan to grill on either the gas grill located on the deck or the giant charcoal grill by the fire pit.

The main level wrap-around porch allows for sipping coffee on the front porch, enjoying a meal at the gas fire pit table, or sharing stories on the covered deck while watching the squirrels explore the forest.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher to prepare tasty lunches for family and friends. The living room is right off the kitchen just waiting to welcome you after a big meal. Make memories with the board games provided, or share your favorite T.V. show with the group.

Time for bed? The master bedroom features a king-size bed, workspace, full private bathroom, Roku T.V., and door to the deck. The top level has three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed with its own Roku T.V. The second room has a queen bed with Roku T.V. Finally, the kid's room has a bunk bed with a full-size base, twin on top, and twin trundle tucked away below. This room also has a Roku T.V. Shhh there are a couple of surprise mini closets for little ones to pretend in.

Martin, Georgia is perfect for getting away from it all. The nearest towns are Lavonia and Toccoa. Each are approximately 15 minutes away, and have a grocery store and multiple restaurants. Keowee Toxaway State Park and many hiking trails are within an hour of the property. A great place to spend the day in the summer is The Shores of Asbury. This is a floating water park 40 minutes away.

*Please note: The water depth at the dock averages 5' when the lake is full. V-hull or deep-bottom boats are not recommended at any time.

Historically, by mid-October Lake Hartwell is on a downward trend either by drought or The Army Corps of Engineers removing water; & this year (2025) is no different. The lake level has dropped significantly over the last few weeks/months.
At this point you will not be able to make use of the water toys we provide unless we get a significant amount of rain. (written 10/8)
An alternative to using our dock to access the lake would be to visit Tugaloo State Park or Lake Hartwell State Park; both offer swimming, hiking and fishing as well as other activities.
Both parks above are less than 25 minutes from the property & are loads of fun.
