This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath penthouse Unit D-42 has memorable Gulf views from the screened-in lanai and the large private rooftop sundeck. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of counter seating and is fully equipped. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and entertainment center with 50-inch 4K QLED smart TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 43-inch 4K smart TV and direct access to the lanai. The custom designed ensuite master bathroom has a double-sink vanity with plenty of storage space and includes a beautiful seven foot by five foot walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom youā€™ll find a queen sized bed and twin extra long bed, with Roku HDTV, and an adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. There are granite counter tops and tile and new LVP floors throughout. Linens, including beach towels, are provided along with beach chairs and umbrella.

Pointe Santo de Sanibel is the most sought-after complex on Sanibel Island and is perfect for families. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is provided in the unit and throughout the complex. The unit was updated and very clean and the condo community was impeccably taken care of. Host was very responsive. The view from the lanaia and rooftop deck is incredible.

Great unit. The roof is such a nice amenity. While there was construction as the island continues to rebuild, it didnā€™t impact our stay at all.

Excellent condo. Spacious, clean, and wonderful value. We really enjoyed no crowds or traffic!

Seemed very vacant in the complex. Construction is ongoing, but it didn't bother us at all. No complaints whatsoever with the condo itself. Wonderful experience!

The condo was spotless upon our arrival. The views the the screened porch and the roof top terrace were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and the beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach condo.

This properties owners are wonderful hosts. Their unit is clean and stocked with good quality kitchen items including a blender and coffee makers and ice maker in the fridge. They also had nice beach chairs, umbrella, and towels available for use. We loved the rooftop lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding vacation. Unit D42 had everything we needed for our trip. Condo is beautiful, clean and well equipped. All the restaurants in the area are top notch, food is incredible. Already booked for next year!

We first started going to Sanibel about 25years ago with our children and we always stayed at Pointe Santo. The boys loved roller blading and biking around the island and we have many old photos of them in the pool. We finally realized our dream and purchased a unit at Pointe Santo. We look forward to enjoying all that Sanibel and Pointe Santo have to offer with our now adult children.

This place really does have it all. Sanibel Island is easy to get to from Chicago, but once you've crossed the causeway, you're on a quiet tropical island. The island has a quiet, relaxing feel to it. We checked all the condo complexes on the island and there's no comparison - Pointe Santo's the best.

We love sitting on the beach or by the pool and no trip would be complete without renting bikes and touring the island. Every visit brings a new adventure: kayaking, fishing, learning about native wildlife or trying out a new restaurant.
