Spacious home with over 2,600 square feet, large private dock, hot tub, fire pit and kayaks (included in the rental). Enjoy the day on the lake or take quick drive to Hot Springs to Bathhouse Row, Horse Races, or enjoy a hike in the Ouachita Mountains. This home is the perfect combination of being able to enjoy nature but close enough to the excitement of the city!

Great house! Plenty of room for a large group. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add a handrail to get into house and handrails to stairs in back of house going down to fire it and lake for people with knee or leg problems.

The hot tub was great. There were plenty of towels. There was a problem with the water system leaking in the fridge, and the owner got back to us right away. She asked if she needed to send someone out immediately, but we had the situation handled. There were plenty of towels to clean up the water and two sets of washers and dryers came in handy.The rest of the trip was relaxing. There were kyaks availabe to use and we could even fish off the dock. The back porch was lovely to sit on and relax with a nice view. The property was in an alcove on the lake, so it was super quiet. We would definitely stay again.

It was ok, couldnt run dishwasher as it overflowered under sink and hall bathroom we couldnt use as toilet flushed ruahed upmand went donw really slow. We didnt use that bathroom.anymore when staying used master bedrooms. Carpets have stains and trim on doors was scratched up but again not knockimg place just being honest.

I recently stayed at a lovely lake house with my family, and I’d love to share my experience with you. It was a truly memorable stay, especially for the teens and little ones. They absolutely loved the kayaks and swimming in the charming cove. The house was very well-stocked, making it a perfect destination for a family vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway.

The Best of all Worlds

First off, the property owners were very easy to talk to and deal with. Very responsive!! The place was immaculate and down right felt like home. We are outdoorsy people and this property was perfect for us while we stayed for the FASA Nationals softball tournament. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock during down time! The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day at the ball park too. I would recommend this to anyone! It was overall a pleasant stay. The pull through double garage was awesome!

WONDERFUL! Relaxing and special family time with a fantastic host!!

This property is a jewel - we had the best family weekend enjoying the home and the lakeside dock! Paddle boating and s'mores (the host graciously provided s'mores makings for us at check in!) it was a fantastic time. Khaki was extremely communicative and gracious when our plans changed and we needed an earlier check in. An absolutely wonderful and memorable time was had by all!

VERY NICE HOUSE. WELL STOCKED WITH PLENTY TOWELS AND BEDDING. MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH WERE FANTASTIC. NICE PATIO AND DOCK. FAMILY ENJOYED FISHING. SPACIOUS KITCHEN. LARGE REFRIDGE. GOOD LAUNDRY FACILITIES. GOOD STOCK OF HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES. PLENTY OF PARKING FOR MULTIPLE CARS ( EVEN A GARAGE) HOT TUB WAS GREAT KAYAKS PROVIDED JUST AS ADVERTISED. 5 STARS

Great stay for the family!

My family and I stayed at this property over the thanksgiving holiday and had a blast. The house was clean, well appointed and spacious enough for 8 adults and 2 kids. The hot tub and fire pit were great for the chilly nights as well! The house is also located off a quiet street and around 25mins from Hot Springs NP. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything you would need. As another review mentioned, if you’re staying for a few nights it would be smart to bring extra paper towels and TP. Overall we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and clean home.

Great place

We were 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 small kids in this property and we had an amazing experience. The location is beautiful, living room is pretty spacious for everyone to have have fun time. They got corn hole, chess, puzzles etc for fun family time. TVs are everywhere and there is a good movie collection. Bedrooms are spacious and we didn't even have to open the sofa beds (there are a lot of them). I am sure this place can accommodate a more people if need be. Kitchen is good with enough appliances and utensils that you may need. We cooked a few meals and had everything that we needed for those meals. We did see a grill in the backyard, but didn't use it so not sure if it was operational or not. We were here during thanksgiving break so it was not kayaking weather, but there are quite few kayaks with life vests there, I am sure in warmer weather it would be a lot of fun. Backyard is a nice place to spend time, we didn't have time to, but there is firepit which we planned to use but ran out of time. Hot tub was a lot of fun for kids and adults alike, anyone who spent time in there came out relaxed and smiling. Location is amazing and quiet, the closest gas station is 10 mins, and HARPS is about 17 mins. So not close but not terribly far either. We wanted quiet place so didn't mind driving 10-15 mins. Perfect place for people trying to spend time close to nature with friends and family while being comfortable at the same time. 5 stars

Spacious property

We thought the place was a great location and very spacious. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the big hangout spaces that held 7 of us adults and a toddler. The pull through garage was really cool and very handy to use. We did have a few recs for people staying in it in the future, there’s no basic seasoning besides salt and pepper and there’s no cooking oil, so don’t assume and come loaded with everything you need. We were provided one paper towel roll, and it would have been nice to have a back up underneath the sink or something. The bed comforters are a very thin quilt and sheets are thin. The master bed is the comfiest bed and the others are hard. Wasn’t a deal breaker but everyone talked about it. Hot tub had a lot of foam in it. Thought maybe there could be something to help that. Nonetheless the hot tub was a highlight to the property! We couldn’t figure out how to turn the fan on in the front bedroom to the left. There was no switch for it and we were stumped so didn’t get to sleep with a fan on. We recognize there were only a few reviews so far on this property, so just wanted to share thoughts.

Amazing Stay

First of all, the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the house is beautiful. We swam directly in the cove and had a ball. The kayaks were so much fun and we used them each day of our stay. We also fished off of them out closer to the lake. We have already discussed as a family that we will try to book this house again in the future - it’s truly perfect!

Great for families! We enjoyed it

Check in was very easy with supplied codes. House is in a nice neighborhood and great location on the lake. Having 4 kayaks was a big plus as they were used everyday. The grandkids could use the kayaks without worrying about boats as the location is a small quiet cove. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill our meals. The dock was used by all for fishing. We caught some monster bluegills/sunfish and a couple bass. The hot tub was nice as well. Thank you very much
