The Space:

Inside, the open layout invites you to spread out, whether you’re sharing a breakfast at the kitchen nook or unwinding after a day of exploring. Every corner of this second‑floor unit feels ready for a relaxed family getaway or an extended stay, with space that feels both roomy and cozy.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four spacious queen bedrooms each enjoy their own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and convenience. The beds are comfortably sized for a restful night, and the layout lets families or groups spread out without crowding.



Living Space

The large living area comfortably seats the whole family, with a plush sofa and a TV for quiet evenings. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while listening to the neighborhood sounds.



Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen provides all the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and a range of cookware. The breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining area make it easy to gather around the table for meals or game night.



Community Amenities

You’ll have exclusive access to the gated community’s shared facilities, including a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, and a community pool where you can cool off. A basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area add options for active recreation, and a nearby gym offers additional workout space.



Location & Nearby Attractions

The unit sits in Lutz, just five minutes from the University of South Florida campus and eight minutes from MOSI. Busch Gardens Tampa is an eleven‑minute drive, while Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park are reachable in ten and thirteen minutes respectively, giving you easy access to nature and family fun.



Parking & Access

Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, clearly labeled “Visitor.” The gated community is staffed by a security guard, providing peace of mind throughout your stay.



With a free washer/dryer, full kitchen, and all the comforts of home, this simply designed paradise unit lets you settle in, explore the surrounding attractions, and enjoy a relaxed, family‑friendly atmosphere.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
