On the main floor, you have 1 master bedroom with a King size bed and a door to the adjacent bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs you have 3 more bedrooms (2 with King beds and 1 with a Queen bed) and two full bathrooms.

TVs in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms with streaming apps.

The pool is Not heated however our Tampa climate during winter months is said to be mild.

NOTE:
1) An Addtl guest fee of $50/guest applies after 5 guests to cover the added utilities.
2) If you need more room, you can add an attached 1 bedroom apartment and have room for 3 more. The apartment is Not rented separately. It is upstairs and has its own separate driveway and entrance.
