Ideal location for our stay. Close enough to get what you need but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the younger crowds. Love this place.

The host was quick on response. Especially when a hurricane was coming in a day before our arrival. Place was very clean and great access for the lagoon and beach. However, there was a couple of things broken but they were on top of it.

Our state was incredible. The home was clean and look right outside to the pool, with the gulf to the side. Everything worked properly and my family truly enjoyed themselves.

Property was good for the price. Beach access was right across the parking lot. Pool was clean and fun for the kids. The hallway had a very strong odor that would come in every time we opened the door. Also, the AC units are loud in one of the bedrooms. The temp in the unit was 83 when we arrived and took almost all night to cool down but was able to maintain once the temp dropped.

Was very clean and relaxing when we come back from the beach and pool. Loved the patio for morning coffee and the beds were very comfortable.

This property was nice. My family enjoyed it. The only negative was I had 2 children in the bunkbed room. They are hot sleepers and there was no fan in the room, leaving them uncomfortable at night. A floor box fan would have been perfect! Other than that, great space with close easy access to the beach and local amenities.

The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was great! Close enough to everything without being right in the center having to deal with the major crowds during memorial day weekend. I was a little nervous about the beach being across the road but if I'm being honest, it was a shorter and less painful walk than most that I've experienced with condos being right on the beach so this is definitely a place I'll keep in mind for the next vacation. Please keep in mind that this is a pet friendly place so there is a bit of a smell. I didn't realize that when booking so it took me a little by surprise but that was on me for not paying attention. Also, the air is set to 77 when you get there so a bit warmer than what we were used to. Also, on the morning of check out, the thermostat goes back to its original setting BEFORE checkout time so be prepared to be woken up from the temperature change. Overall, it was a great place for our family.

April getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. This unit was clean and has a good layout. We love that the complex is so pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

It was pet friendly but the cleaning crew and whoever up keeps the furniture is doing a terrible job no one wants to travel from hours away to stay in dog mess rugs furniture just absolutely stunk linens dirty stained up rugs still dirty with dog urine even the curtains had pee stains where they hung down to the floor I complained they said we can send cleaners down I said I don't think you understand this is a full days work never seen anybody anyways been coming there 30 years the cleaning really has slacked badly for the past 15 but I don't think you should charge what yall charge for cleaning to come down to something like that!!

Family vacation

My family and I just spent 4 nights here. It was our first time staying in Gulf Shores and Sea Oats B105 helped to make it a great experience! The condo was spacious and clean. Definitely looks like the pics online, no surprises. We loved the location, easy access to the beach, and the pool! Definitely will visit again.

Clean, neat, stocked kitchen.. across the street from the beach (side view) and a pool directly behind (back balcony view). We have an 18 month old who had a ball. Super convenient location and cozy

We were disappointed with our stay and unfortunately would not recommend this property.When we arrived, the home had a noticeable pet odor. We also found what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillow covers and on the bunk bed step railings, which was very concerning, especially while traveling with children. The hallway flooring also had visible cracks and gaps between the boards, making the home feel poorly maintained.The listing also lacked many basic conveniences we expected for a beach rental. There were no beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, or other beach essentials available. As a result, we had to spend additional money purchasing beach essentials for our family so we could enjoy our vacation. When I contacted the host to ask about these items, I was simply told not to use the house towels for the beach and was directed to purchase beach towels or rent beach equipment elsewhere. The kitchen was also minimally stocked, with only salt available as a spice and no blender.During our stay, the air conditioning appeared to have a problem. I messaged the host but received no response. After calling the emergency support number, the customer service team was excellent and responded quickly, doing everything they could to help. While the home remained warmer than we would have liked, we were leaving the following morning. I truly appreciate the emergency support team for their prompt assistance.The biggest disappointment was the host’s communication. Simpl

Beach getaway

We chose this rental for our first family vacation with our 1 year old. We also brought our 11 year old dog with mobility issues. The condo was mostly clean when we arrived (there was a large, dead insect in the bathtub that appeared to have been there awhile). Nothing a quick scrub couldn’t fix. It is very spacious and our little one had plenty of room to run around. We appreciated the covered parking spot since it rained 75% of the time we were there. The pool was nice and warm and we had it all to ourselves. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach (you can see it from the window) and only a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and shops. We took advantage of the baby equipment rental service and rented a beach stroller, which was so helpful! We had a minor maintenance issue with the washer, but the host was responsive in a timely manner. Luckily the issue resolved itself but it was nice to know that they were aware of the problem and could help if needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Great location near steps from both the beach and little lagoon for pier fishing. Pool was excellent. Condo has a nice layout but could have used a more thorough cleaning in bedrooms. Beds and pillows left a lot to be desired; lots of extra pillows in closets but no pillow cases so they weren’t useful. Decorative pillow cases definitely needed a good washing, as well as bed frames. Kitchen had a broken drawer that was a hazard and would fall out if pulled and big kitchen appliances could use some TLC. Bedroom closet with the water heater had a horrendous odor…All of this aside, it wasn’t enough to impact our vacation and our family had a great week and loved the area.
