This rental suite is perfect for honeymooners or persons looking to get away from the hustle & bustle of large city life,(catering available)The colonial rental suite property also has native organic fruit trees such as mangos, dilly's, sugarapple, soursop etc that guest can pick and eat when in season. COME& FEEL AT HOME!!!!!!!!

The property is not in the main road and you have to get to a very bumpy road for about 600-700 meters to get there. No easy way to transport without a car, Taxis are not easy to find and super expensive. No easy or close access to the beach, no restaurants around. Staff is not friendly and were quite aggressive for some things, Owner was not friendly either. I would not stay there ever again

Private and quiet surroundings.

The property is in a secluded area therefore it is very private. What I loved most is that it is in a central area and near to the airport and beaches. It has a kitchenette in case you prefer to cook your own meal, this I made much use of. Overall my stay was splendid. I would vacation there again.

Bad experience

No pick up at airport, that was included. TV only had 1 channel. The room was clean and kitchen was adequate.

I message you in advance to call when your flight arrives and when you clear customs and to let me know what color you will be wearing you responded and said sure will. Apon your arrival you never called or message I reach out to you and you never responded . I asked all of my guest to let me know what time there flight arrives and if their are any delays with their flight so the caretaker will know what time to pick them up. . And as for the tv you were showed by the caretaker on two occasions how to operate the the tv because it has two remotes one is to operate the roku which provides you with the option of Google movies watching YouTube channels, play games or purchase movies, the next remote is for the cable channel's that goes up to 52 channels in order for you to watch these channels you have to turn off the roku. I'm surprised to hear that you had a bad experience after knowing that I communicated with you your entire stay and your respond was everything was fine and if you needed further assistance with the TV the caretaker would have been happy to assist

Christmas at Exuma

We stayed 5 nights in this small aparment recently renovated. It has a very small kitchen well equipped in the house entrance, a standard double bedroom and a big bathroom well equipped itself. We found a great assistance by the owner Maxine and her caretaker and we also a free tranfer from and to the airport. The island is very expensive, as are the bahamian islads, so we suggest this apartment solution for its good value for money.

Lovely cottage

Lovely house, very clean and nicely decorated. Super cozy and in a very quiet area. Ideal for single or couple traveler. The only downside is the location. Around 1hr walk to the beach so renting a car is a must to move around.

Quiet, private and clean

Wonderful relaxing escape

This is great place to stay, especially if you are looking for just a relaxing, private place . It will be good for a single traveller or a couple. It's very safe and clean , the owners are not far away - but they respect your privacy and are willing to help if you need anything at all. It's best to rent a car if you stay here ( or anywhere really) . We sat outside every morning to have coffee before we set out on the day's adventure .. Just so peaceful .. Everyone we met in Exuma is so friendly and the island is just incredibly beautiful and safe . This property is not directly on the beach, but there are so many access points to the beach within a very short driving distance . I would recommend just driving around the island , you will discover a lot of hidden treasures (old ruins, great look out points etc ) .Definitely recommended .

wonderful, beautiful rental

This cottage is your best choice for an easy going time in Exuma. Moss Town is close to town and in a perfect location for seeing the entire island. The cottage is clean and well maintained. Our stay was wonderful and Maxine is great. Close to the water, I would recommend highly.

Nice Hospitality

The unit was small, but a great value with wonderful hosts of Maxine and her family. If you stay in this location, you have to have a car rental, as it is not within walking distance of the beach. The property was clean and well kept, and we would definetly return on a future stay in the Exumas.
