We had the best stay at RTR! Everything was clean, we had all the essentials needed, plenty of hot water and cold air! You cannot beat the private beach area and the gorgeous view.

The location was perfection. Truly hard to pick the best part of the experience - the quiet beach, the sandbars directly across the property, all the sealife in the area. We would kayak across around low tide and came across stingrays, sharks, sanddollars, starfish, a variety of fish, and so much more. Renting a car from James was seamless and we plan to return, for a longer stay, next year.

Everything was perfect. The house had everything we needed, was clean, and internet worked great. The outdoor shower came in super handy after days at the beach.

The house is very basic but has everything that you will need. Our only two small problems were that we had to repair the air conditioner hose to be able to keep cool air in the house so I hope this has been fully repaired. And the second was that we were not told ahead of time to flip the outdoor solar switch so that we would have electricity all night long so I hope that in the future that will be included in the instructions for check-in. Other than that the location is great and the Privacy is absolutely wonderful with your own beautiful gorgeous Beach and water that is the prettiest I have ever seen. The ability to be able to walk all the way across the inlet to the other Beach When the tide is low was absolutely fantastic! The snorkeling was totally fabulous and I even got to see my first full grown lemon shark swim by me right off of our private beach which was an incredible experience! If you are not looking for anything fancy but want privacy and absolutely the most gorgeous water around and also Ultra comfortable beds I would totally recommend renting this property. You will not regret it! Thank you so much to Samuel and to James for making our experience beautiful and making us already think about when we are coming back to rent from you again!

Location was great with your own private little beach. Views were amazing. We brought rafts and floated at low tide to all the little sand bars. The path down to beach is very rough and full of rocks. The house is very basic with no frills. You have what you need with no extras. If all you need is a bed , bathroom and kitchen this works well. We were quite content and made it work. If you need more than you will pay alot more. I think its a great value for what you pay.

Rolletown is paradise!

Perfect basic stay for those who want to experience Exuma. Rolletown retreat has everything you need to live comfortably for a week and is in close proximity to tons of beaches on Exuma!

The home was well appointed. It was very clean. The ac worked well, as well as the fans. The view was great and location was good. Roads are rocky but we just went slow. Hot water and water pressure was great. The only con was the tv. The speaker on tv sounded like it haf been blown and sound was distorted snd hard to understand. Overall it was an excellent place to stay and eould recommend. We slso got the rental car thru his uncle and that was perfect. Everyone involved was kind, petsonable, responsive and professional.

The location is unbelievable— steps down to the most beautiful waters. During low tide we crossed waters by foot and explored Man of War island - we saw a lot of marine life there, it was incredible! There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board that come with the rental. If you rent a car that has a rack on the top for kayaks you can drive to the little Exuma bridge and kayak to the lazy river on your own - we have done it as well. Food wise - we cooked the majority of our meals at home, and went out a couple of times. The best restaurant, in my opinion is Blu on the water- the food is fantastic and the restaurant is literally down the road. The owner of the property is very responsive and dedicated to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. James Rolle , the manager of the property was very helpful as well and has a great positive energy- he addressed our requests promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Very highly recommend to use TT water sport for exploring- she is absolutely awesome and loves people and what she does very much. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would strongly recommend this property for rent!

Rolletown Retreat is Awesome

Rolletown Retreat is a wonderful place to enjoy all the spectacular things that Exuma has to offer. The house is very clean and cozy. The beach and water are right there, and with Man of War Cay directly across you can use the paddle board and kayaks to explore for hours. We will definitely stay at Rolletown Retreat many more times.

Location is Amazing!

You cannot beat the location and the view from the house. There is a small private beach right next to the house for easy use of the kayaks and paddle board provided. The house had everything we needed for cooking. We will definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable value

This place is an unbeatable value, especially if you are wanting to self explore Moriah Cay. Some of the best access to one of the most beautiful section of water in the Caribbean and beyond. House was as described and functions great as a home base to explore either Greater or Little Exuma. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rolle Town Retreat. Upon arrival, we found the house very clean. It had all the appliances needed to fix your own meals. Two bedrooms, one bath—all very nicely done. Enjoyed the double kayak which was provided—though it would be nice if there were two single kayaks. Perfect place to explore Man-O-War Cay, Moriah Harbor Cay National Park, and Little Exuma. Also, Starlink was provided for WiFi which was very important for us, as we have to conduct business on the Internet. So, all in all, we were very pleased.

This was a great experience and wonderful place. Close to town if anything was ever needed. The host Samuel was great to communicate with if questions arose or needed something. The view was unbelieveable and we had all amenities that were needed. Kayaks, coolers and water necessities. Thank you Samuel for the great experience we will definitely be staying again.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our stay. The house came with kayaks and Kayaking over to Man a War Cay was a highlight in our trip. We found 70 sand dollars in one day just exploring along with stingrays. The location is close to Little Exuma which in our opinion had the prettiest beaches. The house was perfect for our needs.

The house is exactly as described. The amenities are just what we expected and perfect for us!the house was super clean and very secure with a ring doorbell camera and other cameras around. Samuel was very informative, quick to respond, and helpful when needed! The location is so like a home away fromHome located right next to a local family house, the beach just a few steps and the view sooo amazing! It’s very private and desolate part of the island. The calm waters at the beach were amazing, and we even kayaked (with the supplied boat and paddles) over to man o war cay to explore! I can’t say enough good things! (The only negative is the smart tv didn’t have available apps to watch, and ours we had access too didn’t work in the region- but it was fine since didn’t need be watching tv on vaca anyways)

Rolle Town House On The Beach

We were staying with my wife for 2 weeks at the beach house. We are experienced kayakers and we were exploring the local little islands and cays by kayak every day. We just wanted to slow down and relax, after the fast paste living in New York. We came back very happy.

Great, secluded, frugal option south of Georgetown

Great place, while very simple, though it had most necessities. AC was available in both bedrooms (only). The kayak and chaise lounges were available for use too. The location, view, water access, etc. were simply amazing. I’d definitely return!

Relaxing Oasis

Perfect place for a serene vacation with the most spectacular view. Everything was just as described. I am booking again for next year! The location provided the perfect amount of privacy with the walkability to two great places to eat on Haulover bay. We saw turtles, baby lemon sharks, stingrays and lots of fish. It's been a long time since I have been that relaxed!
