What a beautiful property! Would definitely stay here again! The access to the beach is easy. Love that there’s a restaurant on site, and it’s right in Rosemary beach and close to Aly’s Beach. The bedrooms were great! The unit was clean! The kitchen is pretty well stocked. Love the wrap around balcony. Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Rosemary Beach! The views and beach were amazing and the condo was spotless. We had 3 couples in our party and we all loved the condo and the location couldn’t be better!

You CANNOT beat this view and location. I can’t wait to stay here again. House was clean, check in/out was a breeze and communication was amazing. Plenty of amenities and you share a boardwalk with Crabby Steve’s. Didn’t use the pool (because hello, it’s Florida beaches!) so I can’t speak to that. Plenty of parking, carts for luggage, rooms were so nice and clean. Just bring extra toilet paper (that’s a given tho). Don’t hesitate, just book it!!

Great beach front location!

Great location with even better beach front views. Property was clean with all amenities needed. Online booking was a breeze and communication with check in / check out details were very helpful.

Spring Break March 2025

We picked this property because of the front row balcony view to the ocean. You never know how warm it will be in March, so why not at least make sure you have a relaxing view. When we arrived, the entire balcony was covered with scaffolding that blocked our ability to enjoy the balcony. I texted the property manager on Friday and asked if it would be removed and they said yes, sometime in the next day or so. The listing did state that the resort was having some construction. I reached out before booking to find out more about the construction. I was told that they resort was putting in new sidewalks and also painting around the windows on the balconies. I was told that this unit had already been repaired and it would not impact our stay. Unfortunately, it did not get taken down until the morning we left. The location was really nice. You could walk over to Rosemary. My only other issue was that none of the closets had hangers.
