We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced. As soon as you reported the issue, we apologized and immediately offered to send the cleaner back to address it. When that wasn’t what you wanted, we offered to move you to an alternative cabin and also provided a refund. Our goal was always to make things right, and we did everything we could to accommodate your needs, but we understand that you chose not to accept these solutions. We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our guest experience.
