We are located in the delightful Oasis Del Sol neighborhood. Come and enjoy the desert sun, mountain views and beautiful California sunset from our backyard, equipped with pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. Our Bali/Cabo, and Mid Century influenced design and decor is sure to offer comfort and style. This is the perfect house whether you are looking to stay in and unwind or to fill up your social calendar.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself. Once you step into the house you will be greeted with dining, kitchen and living area. There is a newly remodeled full kitchen with quartz waterfall island, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sparkling heated pool and jacuzzi. Lounge in our spacious private terrace with 20ft floating deck and a concrete fire put table. Stay cool indoors in the summer, with our Nest cooling system.

—Parking
There is a two-car garage for covered parking. Driveway and street parking are also available. When parking on the street please do not block the mailboxes. Street sweeping day is every first Tuesday of the month except after holidays.

—Parties or Events or Extra Guests
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property.
Please be kindly noticed that all extra guests should be approved by host prior to arrival. Extra guests will need to leave the property by 9pm according to the County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitor will be charged $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

—Backyard
Enjoy 4-hole putting green mini golf area and conversation lounging area by the fire pit.
Relax in 2 of our hammocks in the corner of the property with panoramic view of the entire backyard covered in 2100 sq ft of brand new artificial turf.

—Jacuzzi
Please notify us if you need Spa/Pool heating at least one day before your arrival. The heating fee is $100 per day.
Please do not put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.

—Pool
Anyone under 18 needs an adult present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. All guests will take full liability and responsibility for their own and their guests’ safety. The heating fee is $100 per day.
Please notify us if you need Spa/Pool heating at least one day before you need it. *Pool service is every Monday and Thursday.

—Dishes
Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. We will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay.

—Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's not your fault - let us know so we can send someone to try to fix it or replace it for you and future guests. —Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if there is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.

—Plumbing
Nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper.

Smart lock code will be provided with check-in instruction 1 day before guest check-in.

We are reachable from 9 AM - 10 PM

Our house is conveniently located less than less than 5 minutes away from Palm Springs International Airport. We are also located 5 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, Restaurants and Bars, Agua Caliente Casino and other main attractions around Palm Springs area. Are you here for Coachella or Stagecoach Festivals?! We are within 6 minutes of the nearest shuttle stops.

Palm Springs International Airport – 3-minute drive
Downtown Palm Springs – 5-minute drive
Coachella and Stagecoach festivals shuttle stops - normally less than 10-minute drive.

• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing.
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age and sign a rental agreement
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• We do not allow dogs at our property. The city require all dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs can result in fines
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
