This is my second time staying at this property and I absolutely love it. The home, the grounds and the pool are so inviting and relaxing.I like the location because it's close to my family. The owner, Tom, was fast at replying to questions and checked in to make sure everything was ok.Perfect host, perfect house!

Overall the stay was good. We stayed with our dogs and really appreciate that the property is pet-friendly. The pool was partly shaded in the morning and afternoon, which was wonderful in July. The house was comfortable and the king bed in the master was great.There was no toilet paper in either bathroom when we arrived, and the dishwasher was full. These are pretty basic items that should have been addressed prior to arrival.

Great Palm Springs home!

Loved this mid-century home in Palm Springs. Great layout and plenty of room for my family and dogs. I went there for my sister's birthday and wanted a place close to my elderly mother's apartment and this was perfect.Pool space was awesome with lots of seating.

Wonderful home in Palm Springs

A lovely home with comfortable beds and living room, beautiful mountain vistas and an incredible backyard, with beautiful seating near a lovely pool, adjustable awnings and shaded areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. The host is great and responsive and Judy who met me at the property was thoughtful and very kind. Don't hesitate, I will return.

Great spot

Lovely home, well equipped. Close to the airport, but plane noise is manageable. Friendly host, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Definitely would stay again.

Family trip to Palm Springs

This is an amazing property in a convenient location and a beautiful setting. The house is very well maintained, and the highlight is the outdoor living space with pool, patio, and gas fire pit. Grady was an outstanding host who was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous, convenient desert escape

We stayed over a 4 day weekend for a film festival with family and brought our golden retriever along. This home has everything one would ever want in an escape & more. The layout of the home and the backyard is beautiful and conducive to maximizing social time together. This home is centrally located with the Cultural Center and grocery store just a short walk away. Communication with Grady was seamless,- we couldn't ask for a more accommodating and welcoming host. Would absolutely return again to this stunning desert escape.

Wonderful getaway

We had an amazing Thanksgiving family getaway at Mel & Grady's beautiful home. Communication and check in was very easy. The home was spotless and had all the things we needed to prepare a large Thanksgiving dinner for 7. The pool was heated and our little dog and children enjoyed the large yard. Highly recommend and will return.

Amazing home nestled near downtown Palm Springs!!

We loved our time in this beautiful home!! It has an open floor plan with several doors leading to the back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, gazebo, and covered patio. A great place to relax with family and fur babies!!! Loved that it was a short drive or walk into town.

Excellent property and host!

Grady was an excellent host and very responsive/proactive leading up to and during our stay. The pool and backyard were a perfect getaway for our time in Palm Springs during Coachella and everything was perfectly clean on arrival. Check-in / check-out were a breeze.

Relaxing, lovely home

We loved this home, it was spacious, well equipped, with big bedrooms and an outside area. Plenty of gorgeous seating areas, a great kitchen and lounge. Plenty of sun loungers and pool towels. We had a bit of trouble with the pool heating but maybe that was just us not understanding. It could do with some wine glasses, and back up lighter to light the fire pit. + there were not any light bulbs in the cabana which was a shame, as we'd have loved to sit there at night. only minor comments but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the house, thanks so much!!

Best winter ever

First time relocating to warmer weather during the winter and Palm Springs did not disappoint. More importantly, the property was fantastic - amazing backyard, walk to town location, super fast response from property manager. Beds were amazingly comfortable and plenty of towels etc. not to mention everything you need to make this a perfect stay. House layout made it easy to host guests. Super sad to leave. But we’ll be back!

peaceful and beautiful getaway

Wonderful stay with the family before Thanksgiving. Great location, close to everything, spacious, clean, peaceful. We used it as a base to do some great hikes around Joshua Tree, and walked into town to enjoy the art museum, shopping, and great food. Grady was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Family vacation

This was our first trip to the United States with our 4yo. Grady was very good at reaching out and ensuring the check in process was smooth. He was in close communication so he met us straight from the airport. The house is great, but open concept living area and 3 good sized bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The backyard and pool were amazing and our son spent several hours a day in the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and private and a quick drive to downtown. We had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

Beautiful property with helpful hosts!

I stayed with a couple friends for a few nights and we were so impressed with the house. Very comfortable and clean, nicely stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and the mid-century vibe that we were looking for in Palm Springs. Grady was also very helpful as a host. I had a work conflict come up with out original dates and he was incredibly helpful and kind in letting us reschedule. We didn't have any issues with the house, so there was no need to contact him during our stay, but he was very quick and responsive beforehand in arranging our arrival. Very good experience overall!

Poolside getaway

My partner and I booked this property for a relaxing poolside getaway. It did not disappoint!!! From the pre-checking communication to the luxurious amenities, this property is a must stay when in the palm springs area!

Grady was a great host and always answered our questions in a timely fashion. If you like being outdoor, they have a great set up in the backyard. Would go back any day.

Amazing stay!!

Great stay for our girls’ weekend - plenty of room for 6 of us. Spent every morning in the gazebo and every afternoon by the pool. Easy 4 minute drive to anywhere you’d want to go - great restaurants and shopping. After dinners were spent around the firepit. This house has everything you’ll need for a visit to P.S. Highly recommend.
