Overall good stay

Overall good stay but under the beds and couch cushions were pretty dirty grill was not ready to use when we arrived and sink pipes fell apart while we were doing dishes. Property is very private though and had plenty of room for our dog. Also not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but is a pretty decent drive to Cades cove loop.

Great Place for the Weekent

Stayed at this location for a getaway with my friends and we had a great time. Location was nice and secluded and the cabin has everything we needed. Would recommend!

Weekend Family Trip

Beautiful cabin completely secluded from everything. Smelled so clean when we came in. We loved the amazing shower and the hot tub! Comfortable beds! Driveway was a little scary but we made it. Perfect place to go and disappear from EVERYTHING!

Nice Cabin on a Hilltop

Overall, this property is a nice cabin. The building, appliances, bathrooms were all in excellent condition. The HVAC kept us comfortable. The floors were a little gritty with sand or dust. The floors of both showers are very slick … a mat would be a great addition. There were active wasp nests above both doors. The Blackstone griddle hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. We still enjoyed ourselves and plan to visit the area again.

Spring Break with littles

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved “tvs in every room” (novelty to wake up and turn that on), seeing squirrels and hearing woodpeckers, playing tic-tac-toe by the fireplace, and seeing the lights change in the hot tub. We appreciated the space to relax and rest after busy days exploring, and bringing Preacher’s Smokehouse bbq home multiple nights! My fault issues: I wish we had poked around in cabinets sooner. We came prepared with ground coffee/filters per the coffeemaker listing, but a Keurig was on the counter. On the last morning we found the coffee maker tucked in a lower cabinet!

Awesome Experience

Everything was nice well kept cabin. I left a diamond ring there. Waiting on a phone call back from lost and found. But overall everything wss nice. Not being next to other cabins was great Will definitely book again and hopefully I'll get my diamond ring back.

Great getaway

Property as advertised. Hot tub on and warm when we arrived. Only things missing were an extra roll of toilet paper and a salad or mixing bowl. Shower in smaller bathroom had mediocre water pressure. Extra little game room was perfect for containing our 5 year old granddaughter who woke up at 5:30am each day. Love the fireplace. Driveway is long, winding, and steep. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms.

Secluded, Spacious, and Serene

AWESOME cabin!! My husband said this has to stay on our list of places to return to. It is about 15-25 minutes from the main attractions, and the road to get there has you questioning what you got yourself into. But, it’s gorgeous and one of the cleanest, roomiest cabins we’ve stayed in. Two king size beds and a queen were perfect for our family of 6. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! It’s off by itself, and our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to spend in the cabin itself. If you don’t want to be bothered by neighbors, this is the perfect cabin that is beautifully done and literally has everything you need!

Not a real cabin & needs some work

While I still enjoyed the stay I was disappointed due to how much we paid. We had 6 people & not enough TP the trash wasn’t taken out before we got there so we had no where to put the trash. The coffee pot didn’t work, hot tub extremely dirty caused an infection in my daughters belly button ring, the hot top stunk no tabs to clean etc. they have Starlink Satellite which wasn’t the best. It’s advertised as a cabin but is a house. No good view. Only 1 pan in the house, the refrigerator and freezer didnt work that great. Everyone I talked to was great just really disappointed with the money they charge and for not to be 20 minutes from everything with no real amenities offered. The cool looking shower didn’t work right and everything kept clogging in that bathroom. I wouldn’t rent this property again.

Inconsistent communication

We stayed here for four nights and there was six of us plus my dog, that u did pay a pet fee of 150 for. They only gave us six towels and four wash cloths.. there was only one roll of paper towels as well. The first night the A/C froze up and the fridge wasn’t getting cold so we had to call the emergency line. They offered to send us to a new location but it was already like 8-9pm and we had already unpacked, bought groceries, and extra paper towels and toilet paper. We did not like this solution. They ended up sending someone out the next day to refresh the Freon. That same night an eagle property management called me and tried to tell me since I didn’t pay a pet fee they would waive that due to the inconvenience. At this point u was very upset and corrected her stating I did in fact pay a fee and eagle properties needs to get it together, she apologized and offered any other services to which I requested they come look at the fridge again and for extra towels she told me they would bring towels and they never did. Also, before that she mentioned us setting the towels out for someone to come pick up? I told her we have a washer and dryer and that since they only gave us the six what else were we supposed to use? She was very confused and not concerned in the slightest. Also the plastic chairs out back were all broken except two.. very trash. I personally wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this property or any property by eagle management or whatever to anyone.

Yes the laundry was convenient, although bring a Downey ball if you want to use softener. And yes it was pet friendly.
