Renovations inside and out including new kitchens with zodiac counter tops and tiled bathrooms make this one of the most beautiful and private family resorts on Hilton Head Island! Located in a quiet corner of Shipyard Plantation, on a cul-de-sac, amenities include miles of bike paths, golf, free tennis courts, two pools (one heated seasonally except for September through February), gas grill barbecue areas,a childrens playground, a convenient private beach access gate and a new beach club building! The beach is only a par four stroll away on a low traffic residential street through our own private beach gate(No parking problems)! Our end unit condo overlooks a large lagoon and the Brigantine Golf Course. The completely new, professionally designed, interior features vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, a soaking tub and marble shower in the large tiled master bath, new bedroom,living room and dining room furniture, flooring, carpet, drapes, appliances and a 42' flat screen HD TV. There is a lovely private balcony with outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining that overlooks the large lagoon!

Property was in good location but is in upstairs location. Pictures were far away and wasn’t clear which unit it was. It’s the top one. Great views but lots of steps. We gave this one to our son and his family as he younger for the stairs. Fiber optic cable was cut to unit upon arrival and wasn’t repaired until Thursday so no cable tv or internet until then. It worked fine after it was repaired just unforeseen accident. Grandbabies loved watching the gators from the lagoon view windows.

Magical Memiries Made

Magical memories made!Our stay was just perfect! Every day, we bounced from the convenient location to town, the amazing heated pool right by our unit, then to pickleball courts for some family fun, and a minute bike ride to the beach! We could not have asked for a better stay! The owner contacted us several times before our stay just to ensure that everything was lined up perfectly. He cared more than ever!

Excellent vacation!

Loved my vacation at this property! I have stayed at Brigantine Quarters many times and this property continued my series of excellent experiences with this community. Rich was helpful with all our questions and extremely responsive. Definitely recommend this unit for a nice Hilton Head vacation!

Great Location

This is a great location - easy access to beach and shopping. Grounds are wonderful, 2 pools, tennis, grills, etc. Units are dated, kitchens have just the bare minimum and cleaning should be a little better. However, for the price and location I would stay here again.

Brigantine and Shipyard Plantation are first class

This place is wonderful, we had a great week. The heated pool was a blessing and well as the other amenities. October is a wonderful time for Hilton Head.

Wonderful trip

We enjoyed the Brigantine Quarters very much! Met a lot of the quarter owners of some of the other condos and they were all so nice and helpful. This is a small very clean community. Has a great private shortcut access to the beach. The views of the lagoons are wonderful and awesome wildlife to watch. Our accomadations were very clean and simple and provided what was needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about the condo - it was clean when we arrived, the pictures accurately represented the property, and everything was stocked to our expectations. As a bonus, the location of the condo is nice due to proximity of the main pool. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect location!

We have been traveling to HHI since the mid 80’s and this was our first stay in Brigantine and I can assure you it won’t be the last. The property is amazing and everything is so close! Loved our stay will will rent this unit again!

Restful and Relaxing

Honestly, I could have been happy just sitting on the deck watching the alligators all week! Very close proximity to the beach, easy to get back and forth. The young adults had a wonderful time biking daily to Coligny to check out all of the cafes and fabulous shops! We would definetely choose this condo again!

Great location

The condo really is in an ideal spot...we have stayed in Shipyard before, but not in Brigantine... literally all the difference in the world. The private gate access leads to a quick walk to a less populated area of the beach if you go straight, or a quick walk to Coligny if you turn to your right and follow the road. Ideal for families who have kids old enough to go their own way at times. Rich is a responsive owner and checked in with us after our booking to make sure all of our questions were answered. The unit is on the end and offeres a great view of the lagoon and plenty of wildlife, including an alligator, plenty of herons and egrets, and even a few turtles. We will return to Brigantine Quarters!

Love the view

A great 2-bed 2-bath condo that suited our needs as a family with 2 children. The condo had everything we needed and the beach was about a 10 min walk away. The best thing was the view of the pond with its resident alligator!

Little piece of paradise

My husband and I absolutely loved the location of this property. The views of the lagoon from the windows in the great room, balcony, and master BR were stunning. We enjoyed observing the wildlife. The short walk out the back gate to Coligny Plaza was another plus. The home was well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. We couldn't be any more satisfied!

Condo felt like home. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, short walks to the beach, bike riding to Coligny, and all the great local restaurants like French Bakery and Charlie’s.

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. And the beautiful view was incredible!

The location was perfect, and the private gate to the beach a huge benefit - just a short walk made beach-going a daily event. The second week we were there, the pool was being ripped up by heavy equipment and huge trees were being sawed down. The loud day-long noise was disturbing.

Brigantine Quarters is a beautiful property! Our condo was amazing and booking it was so easy. It was perfect for our family. It is updated and equipped with everything we needed. We had a great view of the lagoon and saw multiple alligators and lots of wildlife. The beach gate makes going to the beach a quick and easy walk. The two pools are clean and perfectly located on the property. We will stay here again, many times! This was a wonderful vacation!
