Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with CENTRAL HEATING & CONDITIONING welcomes you to expansive living spaces with all the space you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Here's what to expect:

BEDROOM: You will have access to THREE spacious BEDROOMS with LUXE KING-SIZE Beds; with one Master Bedroom and one Guest Bathroom; Two Bedrooms feature a 55'' TV with ROKU for your ENTERTAINMENT.

LIVING ROOM: Made SPACIOUS & INVITING, our living area comes with a 65'' TV, a HUGE Sofa Bed, a chic ACCENT Wall, & a dedicated WORKSPACE.

KITCHEN: We have a FULLY-EQUIPPED Kitchen with KITCHEN ISLAND, tiled Backsplashes, Double Sink, KEURIG Coffee Maker, and STAINLESS STEEL Appliances, such as a refrigerator, Gas Range, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is our six-seater, wooden dining table for you to enjoy. Inside the cupboards is everything you need for cooking, such as utensils, cookware, and essential ingredients.

BATHROOMS: Enjoy the COMFORT of our 2 UPGRADED Bathrooms with HOT WATER; 1 with a RELAXING bathtub, while the other one has a REFRESHING shower. Each of our bathroom spaces features freshly stocked toiletries and bath essentials.

OUTDOOR PATIO: Outside the Kitchen, you'll find our PRIVATE Patio with its own WOODEN dining area for your outdoor dining.

BACKYARD: Find some Play Setup in the Backyard with our CORNHOLE, CONNECT 4, & AXE THROW. We also have a Backyard Lounge & BBQ Station for you.

PARKING: Enjoy AMPLE space for your parking with our 4-car DRIVEWAY and equally expansive TWO-CAR GARAGE. Inside the Garage is also our in-home WASHER & DRYER.

You'll have 100% privacy and full access to the front house. It's a self-check-in process and you'll find complete information on your Airbnb app.

From here, you can catch the Metrolink San Bernardino Line or hop on Omnitrans buses, for exciting day trips across Southern California. Additionally, you'll find bus stops with routes that will take you to many of Claremont's hotspots.

2. Claremont Colleges XPress Shuttle: The Claremont Colleges offer a complimentary shuttle service that links the different campuses. This is perfect for visitors and students exploring the campuses or attending events at the colleges. The shuttle services also drive to nearby local airports, such as Ontario Airport (ONT), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), John Wayne Airport (SNA; Orange County), Bob Hope Airport in Burbank (BUR), and Long Beach Airport (LGB).

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking is allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.

By booking this home, you are agreeing to the house rules, you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home, and agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, damaged, or broken. • No excessive drinking; no smoking, vaping, marijuana, weed, or any illegal substance use of any kind, at any time, or anywhere on the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an automatic $500 fine and cleaning charge.
• Please turn off lights upon leaving the bedroom/house.
• Please be sure to lock the main house door when entering or exiting the home.
• There will be a $20 fee for each stained/damaged or missing towel. Housekeeping only provides enough towels and linens for the guest listed on the reservation. If you need extra towels or linens they must be requested prior to the check-in date. Extra towel and linen fees apply.
• Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes after 10 AM.
• A $500 fine per pet will be charged if you bring an undisclosed pet(s).
• No events / parties allowed. Quiet hours from 9 PM - 9 AM. Absolutely no loud music please. There is a $500 fee for any parties or events thrown in the home which caused disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance of quiet hours.
• Also please keep in mind our neighbors when hanging out outdoors in the evening / nighttime.
• No parking on the street from 2 AM - 6 AM (park enforcement gives tickets) .
