Another awesome trip to Ko Olina

We were so glad to return to Ko Olina. Our stay on the islands was one of our best ever. The unit was everything we expected. Shane the greeter was incredible helpful with our check in. Can’t wait to bring our family back again.

Family vacation

Property very clean and well stocked. Received communication from staff prior to our arrival and staff met us in the lobby to take us to our rooms and explain all the little details. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.

Pools were great. View and balcony wonderful. Couldn't get TV to work in master bedroom. Pillows were not good at all for all the beds. Extremely uncomfortable pillows. Beds quite comfortable, but pillows..... Ugh. Great location. Had really nice parking space for a big suv, which was great. No waffle maker, we bought one and left it there for next group. Kitchen very functional. Bodyboards a bit beat up but functional. Flippers good. Chairs to take to beach nice too. Overall a nice place and pleasant experience.

This was a fantastic location for our family. We had great grandparents, grandparents, adult kids and grandchildren(8)- room for all. We loved the condo, incredible views were enjoyed daily. The pack & play & high chair were very helpful. Close to pools, beach, shopping.plenty of beach toys and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful memories were made! We loved it!

Absolutely Wonderful!

From the moment you walk into the condo you're wowed by the view. The layout is perfect for family. There are several options for swimming and relaxing on the property. It’s convenient to stores like Costco, Target, etc. Two things to know - washer/dryer are small and parking space tight for larger vehicle. Those things noted we loved out visit and hope to return. Great Property, Great area, Great unit and great service. recommendations would be to increase capacity of washer/Dryer and fix stove and oven so that it heats up much much faster.

Traveling for work

We live on Maui and had an event booked in KoOlina for 5 days. We stayed in the suite with out team/employees and it was perfect! he only thing that would have been better for us would be to have 2 beds in the room that had the queen bed but this was clear going into the reservation. Our team enjoyed the pool and bar on property for some non alcoholic drinks and we were within 2 minutes of the venue site we were working at. Will be back!

unusually strong trade winds

Excellent property. Lynn our on-site contact provided excellent service. When we checked in she escorted us and helped us unload our cars. Upon entering the unit one of the bed rooms had a “whistling window” due to the strong winds. She had the Maintanence staff there right away and they were able to stop the whistle. Great Prperty, great service. Highly recommended!

Oahu getaway

The only complaint is that we thought we were renting 3 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms and in reality we got 3 beds and 21/2 baths. Not ideal. I think it should be made clearer I the discription.

INACCURATE DESCRIPTION!!

The Vrbo description is falsely advertised!! There is no bedroom with a king bed and 2 twins. And thee is no space for a cot or air bed!! Had one of our party not cancelled this would have been a disaster!! Some of the appliances didn’t work or work well and the furniture inside was pretty dirty. Would not recommend this unit. I have a screenshot of the Vrbo description!!

Our VRBO descriptions showed 3 bed rooms. 1king,1queen, 2twin, / (+2twin cots) 2 cots are available , however it is bit narrow if the guests use cots in the bed room. Sorry for asking you questions regarding furniture , which one is dirty? We are really sorry for your experience some appliances did not work. Every time housekeepers check the appliance before the guests check-in. However if something wrong or does not work we can send the maintenance staff to fix it immediately. We updated the details more specific. Our goal is always to exceed your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

“Luxury & Comfort: The Ultimate Family Condo Experience!!”

We recently stayed at KoOlina Beach Villas in Hawaii, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that set the tone for a perfect family vacation. The villa itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. It features a chef style kitchen that was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. The bedrooms were comfortable(OMG the beds were heavenly!! Hadn’t slept that well in a long time) and waking up to the view of the ocean was just Magical! The resort's amenities were top-notch. The pool area was stunning, offering one oversized pool, another lagoon style, multiple jacuzzi’s, a Koi pond with beautiful, ginormous Koi fish, plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas for relaxation. We spent hours enjoying the lagoon, which was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The beach was just a short walk away, and it was pristine with beautiful blue water and soft sand. What truly made our stay special was waking up everyday with stunning views and taking a stroll on the lush, tropical grounds of the resort surrounded by beautiful views all around. The friendly demeanor of the staff also made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return! Amazing home. Had a fantastic stay with my family, 8 in total. The property is impeccable. Very much appreciated the quiet from the Honolulu traffic. The cove is top notch. Less crowded than the other coves we walked to. Clean, comfortable. For 8 guests, you will need air mattresses, and it’s a bit tricky to find floor space for them, but it’s Hawaii, so it’s a small inconvenience

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location! We were a family of 7 adults who enjoyed the pools and beach, and exploring O’ahu from this very convenient location. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. They even let us borrow a cooler which we really appreciated during our day trips around the island. Home is equipped with boogie boards and snorkel masks and beach chairs which was very nice. Overall- I’d recommend this property. Be aware that there is no sofa bed and our 22 year old son had to sleep on a twin air mattress in the living room. It was ok but for taller/bigger adults , this may have been a problem.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. We loved every minute of our stay. The accommodation was beautiful. We loved our short walk to the beach and having the pool at the resort was perfect for our smaller travelers. They had a kids pool where my non swimmers were able to play in about 12” of water. The bar is a lot of fun with music some evenings. Just a very chill vibe. We wandered over to the other lagoons and definitely picked the right one where we stayed. The other lagoons were very busy. Beds were comfortable and I personally loved the en suite shower. Kids loved feeding the Koi in the morning. Would definitely come again.
