The Space:

Relax lakefront at our home in the Poconos! The bright windows and views of snow falling on the lake can't be beat. At this home, you will enjoy a cozy interior with modern amenities, a gas fireplace, an open living room, and three spacious bedrooms.



This beautiful lake house is in a great location just a short drive to nearby attractions, including Kalahari Resort, Jack Frost, Camelback, Big Boulder, Mount Airy Casino, Split Rock golf course, and more!



Comfortable Accommodation:

- 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 very comfortably

- Master bedroom suite upstairs with breathtaking lake views, king bed, large closet, and ensuite bath

- First floor includes two bedrooms: one with a full bed and a twin bed, the other with a bunk bed (full bed below, single bed above)

- 2 full bathrooms, one with tub/shower combo, one with shower



Interior Feeling:

- Cozy living room with comfy furniture, gas fireplace, and flat-screen Smart TV

- Modern kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle

- Dining area overlooking the lake, seating for 6 plus 2 at the kitchen island

- Indoor games, kids' books, and puzzles available



Outdoor Bliss:

- Incredible outdoor space with a deck facing the lake

- Great outdoor seating, porch swing, propane BBQ, and table seating for 6 plus kitchen island seating for 2

- Lakeside features include a wood fire pit, playground set, Adirondack chairs, hammock, and kayaks

- NOTE- THE LAKE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SWIMMING, BOATING, & FISHING FOR REPAIRS. The community has other lakes guests can use

- Enjoy al fresco dining on the 1st floor deck with a table for 6 and lounge seating for 6

- Steps down to the gas grill for summer grilling needs

- Central AC cooling system and forced air heating throughout the house

- High-speed WiFi available

- Washer and dryer with detergent provided



HOA Amenities:

- Access to Indian Mountain Lake HOA amenities open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend

- Enjoy sand beaches, playgrounds, outdoor pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball, fishing, and a clubhouse with table shuffleboard

- Guests must return the guest passes to designated area in the home prior to check-out



House Rules:

- Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.

- No pets allowed

- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old, with the exception of families with children

- Guests must fill out a rental permit with the association 5 days prior to arrival

- Parking limited to 4 cars, NO RVs

- Maximum of 8 guests total, regardless of age



We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Cute residential neighborhood a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.



Getting Around:

Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Please note guests must fill out a rental permit with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking.
