You and your guests will enjoy being nestled between the gorgeous crystal clear waters of the gulf and the tranquil Santa Rosa Sound. Take your shoes off and hop in the sand at your very own beach retreat! This home is a 3 minute walk to the gulf with all the amenities to make your beach vacation the most memorable. This home has been beautifully remodeled to make you and your family comfortable and relaxed on your beach vacation. Beach chairs, blankets, towels, umbrella and even a beach cart have been provided to make your stay a breeze. You also have the opportunities to rent kayaks, paddle-boards or even a golf cart to make your stay more memorable. Washer and dryer are provided on site along with everything you will need. The fully equipped kitchen will provide all the items you need if you opt to cook meals at home.However if you decide to go out to eat there are multiple restaurants within a couple blocks to enjoy. Take in the gorgeous view from windjammers while overlooking the pier, or sip a margarita while watching the sunset at Juana’s. 4 bicycles provided along with umbrella, beach chairs and beach cart.

Convenient Stay

We just finished our stay here and could not be happier. We were here for our son’s wedding and we’re only 1 minute from their house (wedding venue) and beach access. Great house for all your needs.

Excellent!

We stayed here the whole month of February and everything was great! Perfect location, very nice peaceful neighborhood, quick walk to the beach and the bay, close to restaurants and stores. We have stayed at several rentals in different States and this one was by far our favorite. Kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and on the deck. The host is great and very quick to respond to messages.

Good, quiet beach vacation

The property overall was great. We appreciated the beach amenities that came along with the rental such as the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. It was useful being able to walk to the beach also. The only downsides we experienced were a relatively early check out of 9am on our last day The property owner was responsive and kind.

Stay at Sandy Toes

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sandy Toes Beach Retreat house. It was my families first time visiting Navarre Beach and the house helped make our stay perfectly amazing. The house is in a great location to walk to the beach, relax on the porch or go out to the docks and enjoy the sunset. The property was very clean and well taken care of. Kim took very good care of us in preparing for our trip and was willing to help us if needed during our stay there. We will definitely be back!!

Peaceful beach home

Perfect place to stay for a family looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. It was so nice of the owners to have a wagon accessible in the garage for carrying items to the beach. Super helpful with chairs, coolers and beach bag! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We sat out on the deck every morning enjoying the peacefulness and the views. The property was well kept and had all basic needs. It was the perfect place to stay!

Some time away

Wanted to get away for a week and love Navarre. The house was great. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare many meals there. Loved that there were many items that we didn’t need to bring with us. There was a lot of construction going on all around the house. Beds were a little hard and didn’t like that the mattresses were covered in plastic. But we would definitely recommend renting this location. The bikes were awesome.

AC wasn’t working good. It was so hot in our beach house.

First off when we got there my husband had to tighten the door knobs on all the doors. They felt like they were going to fall off. Second the grill was filthy and nasty. Third thing the air conditioner sucked. We had set the air at 68 and it never got below 73 degrees. It was like the owner of the house had control of the air temp as kept bumping it up. We had to go buy box fans cause it was so hot in there. Two bedrooms didn’t have access to closets to hang your clothes up. All we had was a dresser. The beds a cheap and not comfortable at all. We won’t be staying here ever again. Not worth the price we paid.

Great Location and Easy Walk to the Beach

The house is beautiful and in a great location, though I gave a 3 rating to location due to the current construction activity in the neighborhood. The house is laid out nicely, but there are no closets to use in 2 of the bedrooms and no place to hang clothing in those rooms. The plastic mattress covers are noisy and hot. Lots of nice amenities, tv in every room, extra towels including beach towels, well equipped kitchen, chairs and beach gear in the garage. Suggest the addition of an iron and ironing board. The dryer does not dry well and should be checked. We loved the variety of seating on the wrap around porch. Our first visit to Navarre Beach. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
