Villa Toscana is a single-level Tuscan-style villa in the heart of PACIFICO, the area's premier resort-style community.

Our company manages 100+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host".  We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

The large, covered terrace has multiple lounge spaces and steps down to a massive yard with a private pool, BBQ pavilion, and lots of lounging areas. Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with! The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate.  There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
