Paradiso del Mar, or the Paradise of the Sea, is a luxurious 5 bedroom & 5.5 bath that is just over 5500sf located in the guard-gated community of Monte Paraiso, Playa Hermosa. Entering into the home you are greeted with a spectacular view of the Papagayo Bay which spills out to the infinity pool & outdoor entertainment space. Inside you have 5 bedrooms all with private baths, an open and spacious kitchen which also joins the dining and living spaces. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef needs including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The outside patio space offers multiple levels as well as an outdoor BBQ area, eating area and sun deck space. Many days the native Howler Monkeys will come and visit by hanging out and eating the leaves of the nearby trees which is a fun to watch from your personal patio. Brand new televisions throughout as well as upgraded fiber-optic wifi and extenders allow guests to enjoy some of the comforts of home no matter where you are in the home. Full sized washer & dryer as well in a private laundry room along with an abundance of beach towels for your pool and beach needs. There is a 2 car garage for your convenience as well as beach chairs, umbrellas & boogie boards for your enjoyment.
Our villa is perfectly suited for both large groups and families with multiple sleeping/bedroom arrangements on multiple levels allowing both community and privacy for all guests. Each room is named after an animal which is native to Costa Rica and delineated outside its door with native Costa Rican art.
The main floor features 2 beautiful bedrooms which each have an ocean view and their own bathrooms en suite. The Sloth Room offers a Queen size bed as well as private patio access. The Turtle Room offers a King size bed as well as a private office space and small balcony.
Upstairs features a spacious master suite and small apartment with kitchenette. The Macaw Room is a huge master bedroom with a private, large covered patio with incredible views as well as a large bathroom en suite. The bathroom features separate shower and soaking tub as well as dual sink vanity area. The Master also includes a large walk-in closet as well as a 44" smart TV and sitting area. The Toucan apartment suite offers 2 Twin beds which can also be made into a King bed as well as a Queen size murphy bed and private sitting area. This space has a private bathroom as well as a small kitchen space which can be utilized by guests as needed.
The Monkey Room is the 5th bedroom and is a detached room at garden level which is accessed off the lower patio. This large room offers 2 Queen beds and a private bathroom en suite and large closet. Ocean and jungle view from the huge windows allows for a tropical feel. This room also has a 44" smart TV, as well as the an Apple TV for streaming. There is also a game table & board games that can be enjoyed by guests.
All rooms have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout to allow guest to control their temperature comfort level.
While the amenities of Villa Paradiso del Mar are great, the location makes it even better. It is located conveniently from Liberia Airport as it is only a 15-20 min drive. Playa Hermosa, which has many great restaurants, is less than 1 mile away for those that want to spend a day at the beach. It is10 minutes from Playa del Coco which offers even more shopping, restaurants, activities and grocery choices. To enjoy these amenities around the area, we strongly recommend that you rent a car and are happy to help with recommendations at your request.
