Our 1 bedroom condo is located on the sands of Daytona Beach Shores. Located on the seventh floor North West corner with breathtaking views of the inter-coastal waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. As you walk into the condo you’ll have plenty of space to hang your belongings in the closet sit down remove your shoes on the full size bench with more storage underneath. Walk into the living room that has a comfortable sectional couch that opens up, revealing a queen size mattress. Sit in a comfortable recliner all while enjoying the views of the inter-coastal waterway or watching TV. Living Room has a 60 inch smart flatscreen TV with spectrum app included to watch your favorite shows. You will be able to sign into all your own personal streaming account apps and watch the movies and shows you like. If you need to access the included Wi-Fi, you will also be able to do this wirelessly. Walk into the kitchen and sit at the kitchen table and enjoy the views of the inter-coastal waterway all while enjoying a meal or just take the views in. Also, a full breakfast bar With more seating. Includes full refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, full double basin, sink and plenty of cabinet space for storage. The unit has the convenience of your own washer dryer combo. You have a half bath past the laundry and as you enter , the bedroom, a full bathroom with a full size bathtub with shower and plenty of storage and as you leave the bathroom, you also have a full linen closet. The bedroom has plenty of storage with one full size his and her closet three dressers for plenty of storage. You can watch your favorite shows from bed on a 70 inch flatscreen TV. As an added bonus, wake up to the ocean views from your bedroom window to one side or access the balcony through a sliding glass door and take in the views of the inter-coastal from the other. You can also access balcony through the sliding glass door in the living room and sit down and have your coffee while taking in the views, the building has private access to your own assigned underground parking spot from accessing two elevators to your floor. The building has an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. You have a fitness room with equipment to work out. If the indoor pool is not for you, use the second pool located outside with plenty of spots to sit and relax. If the beach is where you want to go, you can access this down private stairs right to the beach to play in the ocean or walk the world famous Daytona Beach. You have two airports being Sanford approximately 45 minutes away and Orlando international at approximately one hour and 15 minutes away.
