CONDO FEATURES: Unit #356 is a nicely furnished, well kept, quiet, non-smoking condo on the third floor. Primary Bedroom - king bed; 2nd Bedroom - queen bed; 2 full baths; Living room; Fully stocked Kitchen; balcony. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Sofa can be used to sleep 1 additional guest. Sofa does not fold out. A twin air mattress is also available.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, wraparound counter w/ bar seating, kitchen table with stools, drip coffee maker, blender, cookware, serving dishes, plates, bowls, glassware, coffee mugs and silverware

GENERAL: Keyless Entry, Free WiFi, central heat & A/C, toiletries, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, linens, bath towels, smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans in all rooms. Beach towel are not provided.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Community pool, charcoal grills, picnic area, laundry room, direct access to the beach.

PARKING: Community parking (2 vehicles, parking pass provided; Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.

-Before confirming a booking, we do require a photo of a government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation. This is a standard step we take for the safety of all guests and to ensure a smooth check-in process.

-NO PETS ALLOWED for renters or guests
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

IMPORTANT: This is a 3rd floor condo and stairs are required (NO ELEVATORS) to access which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. This property features 1 camera on the front door facing outward.
