This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Love a place at the beach

This is our second staying at this condo. My kids love the water slide and I love how close it is to the beach! The condo is the perfect size for our family of 4

Had a great time! The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 4. My kids love the pool and water slide. We are very close to the beach so we get to enjoy that as well. Would definitely stay again.

Nice complex

this was a great experience. Everything that the property had to do is great for a family. There is mini golf, indoor pool, outdoor pool and other activities...plus the beach. The amenities in the condo were nice. I feel the blankets and shams were not clean, so we made sure the kids didn't use. We feel the cooking pans could have been it better condition to cook, but we were able to make it work. All in all we had a great vacation with the kids. We are already talking about coming back next year for our vacation. We have to say thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a lovely relaxing week at this beach condo. it was very small but comfortable. it had everything needed for the two of us during our stay. Great pool, great beach. A repeat is likely!

Feedback on cleanliness

Property was fine, unit needs an update and deep clean. There is not really any hanging closet space. A TV was put into the closet of the master bedroom, along with vacuum so there was not space. Front bathroom only had 1 lightbulb in the fixture, which made it dark in there. Master bathroom ceiling by the exhaust fan had a buildup of hanging dust and debris, bedroom also had the same ceiling issue. Living room space and kitchen had splashes of food on the walls and artwork. I sat a different direction so that I didn't have to look at this when eating. Also the master bath sink and tub did not look like they'd been scrubbed and there was a buildup of scum in both.

Not a huge unit but we went for the beach, not to hang out inside all week. That being said it was very comfortable with plenty of room. Having 2 showers was a plus. The overall facility was well kept, great tennis and basketball court. The pool is great. The complex is perfect for families with kids.

A little deceiving

The picture makes it look larger be of the mirrored walls. We also thought we would be on the ocean. The complex is but not the condo.Also disappointed the pool was open.
