We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend while staying at the rocky villa. The property and surroundings were beautiful. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to both enjoy nature and relax.

We had a great stay in your house, and found the home and land around it to be beautiful

We liked all of the amenities of the property; the sauna and whirlpool, the land, the sound of water falls around the home, the fire pit. We used it all and enjoyed it all

Beautiful property, quiet and secluded just what we wanted. Walmart is only 15 minutes away if you forget anything. Hocking Hills state park was also only 15 minutes away. Would definitely rent this property if we visit again. Even better I am a clean freak and found no issues.

The scenery was so absolutely stunning. It’s the perfect spot for 2 couples. I can’t even explain how lovely it is.Also, I’ve never seen my dog happier in his whole life! I will definitely book again in the future.

The check-in process was a nightmare. Cleaners were stayed past the check in time. Just sitting outside doing nothing. They also falsely accused us of having two large dogs. When we finally got in the floors were dirty, hot tub was 58 degrees and the sauna did not work. Way over priced for the property. One TV for the whole house. No closets to hang clothes in and no ice. No instructions how to operate the amenities. Grace from BookHocking.com did send over some ice, bottle of wine and some snacks to makeup for all the issues. We really feel like we are owed one night stay for all what we went through.

The property was as beautiful as it looked and could not have been cleaner. The hosts were amazingly responsive. After arriving when I realized that the salt shaker was completely empty, I messaged the hosts hoping that perhaps there was a storage place where we could find more. Shortly thereafter someone arrive at the door with salt and pepper shakers, and would not take a tip. What was describe as starter amounts lasted us four days with much left over. My suggestion for future renters who plan to do a lot of cooking would be to verify that everything you needed was there. We did not use the sauna or the hot tub but the gas grill was wonderful and the fire pit area was magical.

This place is awesome! One of my favorite VRBO rentals that I’ve stayed in! Clean and inviting and the amenities were great! The property was an extra bonus! Fire pit area with bar cabin right there. Waterfalls and walking trails,I highly recommend anyone to try this place out!

In general the house and land were great, but I wll provide a little feedback. Hot tub worked well, Sauna worked well once we figured out hot to get it ready (it did not work to set if for several hours). It seemed like the house was due for a little love and care; towel hooks, toilet paper stand, fireplace, outside lighting. We also wished there had been closets or atleast a chest of drawers in both bedrooms versus living out of suitcases on the floors

Though the cabin was remote and somewhat far away from many of the trails, it was a beautiful house

It was a beautiful home in a beautiful and quiet setting. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit and the back porch for reading and eating outside.

The house is off the beaten path but lovely once you arrive. Beds are comfortable, hot tub was great and the place is very tranquil. As others have mentioned, there are no closets, hooks or racks to hang clothing, jackets, bags, hats, etc. One bedroom has decent sized night tables with drawers so with our 3 night stay we made do, but if you plan to stay in fall or winter months you’ll be hanging your gear on the back of kitchen chairs. There are outdoor hooks for towels and suits by the hot tub, but they’ll never dry out there. No washer/dryer. Host supplies salt, pepper and Donut Shop K-cups for the coffee maker. The fire pit area is beautiful at night and we were able to get a good fire going. Overall, we had a great stay. We hiked every trail in Hocking state park and the Preserve as well. It was the perfect time to go before busy summer season kicks in and fewer bugs!

AMAZING!

The grounds there were just fantastic. We hiked two days just around the property itself which was great not to have to drive anywhere. The scenery was just beautiful. Also loved that the bedrooms were like suites in their own wings of the house. Suggestions would be more comfortable chairs at the table area, bathrooms were cold in temp for some reason, and showers really leaked a lot of water out into the bathroom and soaked through towels which we had to hang to dry every day.

We loved the peaceful scenery. The location was private, and the waterfalls were gorgeous to look at and listen to from the back deck. We had a great stay enjoying the trails but also cooking, relaxing and playing games at the cabin.

This is an amazing modern cabin in a beautiful secluded spot!

We loved the layout of the house, it was perfect for our group. Our kids had a blast playing in the water and the adults loved the firepit at nighttime.
