This place is awesome! One of my favorite VRBO rentals that I’ve stayed in! Clean and inviting and the amenities were great! The property was an extra bonus! Fire pit area with bar cabin right there. Waterfalls and walking trails,I highly recommend anyone to try this place out!

AMAZING!

The grounds there were just fantastic. We hiked two days just around the property itself which was great not to have to drive anywhere. The scenery was just beautiful. Also loved that the bedrooms were like suites in their own wings of the house. Suggestions would be more comfortable chairs at the table area, bathrooms were cold in temp for some reason, and showers really leaked a lot of water out into the bathroom and soaked through towels which we had to hang to dry every day.

Though the cabin was remote and somewhat far away from many of the trails, it was a beautiful house

It was a beautiful home in a beautiful and quiet setting. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit and the back porch for reading and eating outside.

Great amenities, soothing interior

Enjoyed that it was quaint, yet open concept. Comfortable furniture and beds. Soft sheets & towels. Cool amenities: hot tub, sauna, and landscaped with bridge with waterfalls. Two story stone fireplace was very majestic. Could not originally find Remotes for heat/air (was looking on walls for a gauge). Bathroom floors were extremely cold. Fireplace had too strong of fumes, causing us to not use it. Need mini direction note posted with various "how to do's".

Enjoyed the amenities: hot tub, sauna, 2 story fireplace mantel, king beds. Sheets and towels were soft. Outside bridge, waterfall and fireplace were wonderful.Challenges: bathroom floors were very cold. Gas Fireplace fumes were too heavy, causing us to not use it. Renters please know: Heat/air controls are via remotes and not a gauge on the wall. Was no broom - odd for outdoor messy landscape region.

Fantastic Property

The Rocky Villa is a really great property to enjoy if you're in/near Hocking Hills. It's very off the beaten path, although there are some homes around it, but the driveway is long and the home is far enough away that no one really sees you. Great layout for two couples or a family. Would 10/10 stay here again. It's a little on the pricey side, but we thought it was a great value.

We loved the peaceful scenery. The location was private, and the waterfalls were gorgeous to look at and listen to from the back deck. We had a great stay enjoying the trails but also cooking, relaxing and playing games at the cabin.

This is an amazing modern cabin in a beautiful secluded spot!

We loved the layout of the house, it was perfect for our group. Our kids had a blast playing in the water and the adults loved the firepit at nighttime.

The house and surroundings are absolutely incredible. We used the hot tub every night. The location was perfect for the different surrounding hikes and getting to Logan quickly. A note to future guests that they do not provide basics in the kitchen, so bring your own oil, spices, etc. if you're cooking. Also would be great if the host provided a broom/dust pan, baking pans, and a couple of extra kitchen dish towels, so perhaps ask for those before arrival. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!

Our stay was AMAZING! The sauna pod and hot tub were perfect for the chilly weekend weather!

We had booked a cabin in July with bookhocking and had issues and the owners made it right, and our latest day in the new cabin was absolutely amazing. The decor in the cabin was perfect, the location is great, hot water, comfortable beds, sauna pod, hot tub. There was still some snow left on the ground so it made for the most beautiful landscape to look at while in the hot tub. Everyone we sent pictures to said , “where is this?” Will definitely be back!

Rocky Villa is a beautifully decorated home situated on a unique property with many outdoor features

Spacious, beautifully decorated living room with fireplace and huge TV. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The stairs in back leads from the deck down to a lighted covered bridge, a fire pit, and the Rocky Villa Bar. Just a gorgeous natural setting to explore.

We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at The Rocky Villa. We were really impressed with the waterfalls. The picture of the water doesn't do it justice. Wish we had more places to dry our towels and clothes in the house and the freezer was dirty because something exploded previously and not cleaned up. We tried our best to clean it. The sauna was a little tricky until we read the on-line manual. The hot tub was nice and clean. Overall the house and property set-up is amazing and we would rent it again in the future!
