If you need to rent a boat, Cedar Grove Marina is minutes away. Extending the outdoor living, Norris Oasis also boasts an expansive deck, gas grill, and bubbling hot tub.

Custom-built finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows compose the interior of Norris Oasis. The gorgeous main living area is the heart of the home with its window-side seating, large smart TV, warm wood finishes, and spiral staircase access to the loft. The adjacent gourmet kitchen radiantly gleams with its granite countertops, center island, and stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, there are numerous dining options! For quaint breakfasts, gather in the sunny breakfast nook, and for elegant family meals, the formal dining table will comfortably seat everyone.

Full and content, continue to enjoy one another's company in front of the pool table. When you need a moment to yourself, head for the clawfoot tub, the jetted tub, or one of the walk-in showers.

The six bedrooms, equally inviting, are adorned with high-quality linens, central air-conditioning, and personal TVs. The home's marvelous amenities extend to a full-sized second kitchen in the basement, a separate laundry room, and an expansive sunroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
