The Choice: Oceanfront Comfort in Surf City

A traditional one-story oceanfront beach home located just outside the business district of Surf City. This home offers accommodations for groups of 8 or less, with direct beach access and a covered oceanfront deck that features a porch swing. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise views at breakfast, hit the beach, and have a drink while catching up with loved ones on the deck in the evening.

The Choice offers an open-concept living/dining/kitchen space so you can enjoy your group's company whether cooking, eating, or gathering around for a game or movie. Enjoy access to the oceanfront deck via the sliding glass door. The kitchen of The Choice offers most of the necessities of the home, including all major appliances and utensils. The dining room offers seating for 6 and bar stools at the counter. The family room offers a true beach living experience, with sea-style decor and enough seating for 8 (including 2 sofas - one of which is a Queen sleeper sofa - and a chair). The living area is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a Roku streaming device, and a DVD player (so bring your family favorites or rent them locally!).

The sleeping quarters of The Choice include 3 bedrooms with private TVs. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, the second bedroom on the street side has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom, also located on the street side, offers a Queen bed. The Choice does not have a washer and dryer on the premises, so pack accordingly and feel free to utilize the dressers and closets.
