Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa with a Lake View

Our well-equipped villa is your home away from home, with everything included during your relaxing stay in beautiful Naples, Florida. This large 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home also includes a formal living room, family room, and dining room. The spacious Master Suite has a king-sized bed including a sliding glass door overlooking the lake and pool area, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite shower and bathroom. The second Master Suite has a King sized bed and also includes a door overlooking the lake/pool area, with a full private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a dresser shares bathroom with the 4th Bedroom that has twin beds. No expense has been spared for the fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and cozy breakfast nook. High-speed WiFi internet. New flat-panel televisions are located in the formal living room, family room, and the master suite. Rear exposure of the completely covered lanai is South Facing with a SOLAR heated saltwater pool and an oversized deck with a stainless steel barbecue Kitchen Aid grill that receives all-day sunshine and overlooks the serene lake. Electric pool heat can be requested and carries an additional $250 charge per week.

The décor in all of the rooms has recently been updated and furnished to a very high standard. The villa is well maintained and incredibly clean with fresh clean premium linens and plenty of towels. There is a total comfortable sleeping capacity for  8 adults, in this well air-conditioned villa (2 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) with 3 full bathrooms.

This villa is located in the popular gated community of Briarwood. Only 10 minutes from Downtown Naples it is an ideal location for those looking for a relaxing vacation, minutes away from Naples beaches, Third Street, and Fifth Avenue shopping district. It is only 5 miles from our favorite Lowdermilk Park Beach.

Our Guests can also use the private tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, playground, and heated communal pools of this exclusive Briarwood community.

Another great stay

This was our third stay at this Briarwood property.Property is perfect, good size, very clean, great pool and relaxing outside area overlooking a lake. Good communication from owner before and during stay.Briarwood is a peaceful estate with a mix of residential and vacation properties. Very pleasant to walk around and chat with the locals.We will return again.

Absolutely Wonderful Property and Host

The property was so wonderful and the hosts were over the top making sure that everything went well. We would absolutely stay here again. The view out the living room to the pool to the lake is gorgeous. The host does everything to make sure you are taken care of.

Consistent year over year

We’ve stayed at this property for the last several years. It’s been a consistent experience with the property manager, location and all the amenities. This is the first trip we utilized the tennis courts and the community pool. Both were great and a change of pace to our two week trip. Already thinking about our next visit.

Great location....close to PC and other local attractions. Very quiet location and home extremely well appointed. Had an issue that the front door lock did not work and was fixed within 24hrs of notifying Vacasa. Someone responded to text, but not the VRBO messaging app.

Returning visitors to a lovely setting

We are returning visitors to this lovely property. Such a lovely setting on the quiet Briarwood community, with a beautiful lake view to enjoy all day from the outside lanai covered area with solar heated pool. The house was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great communication from the owners when we had delays with our flights, they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was as good as can be.

Perfection!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family to spend quality time together. The 2nd master bedroom and family room gave adults space and privacy. Outstanding vacation home!

This was our second stay at this wonderful vacation home, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! We loved the spacious well-appointed home and the heated south-facing saltwater pool with a view! The host was extremely responsive to our questions and the house had so many thoughtful extras including an abundance of beach towels and chairs, bikes and helmets, pool floats, six poolside lounge chairs and a welcome bottle of Prosecco. The upscale community is lovely for walking, safe, well-maintained and includes pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts and more. Great location close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future and we highly recommend it!

Highly recommend!

We were very happy with our month in this well equipped home! There are towels - including beach towels - galore, and lots of beach chairs and sand toys for the children. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything needed to cook lots of meals, and the wifi works perfectly. Mirela was easy to reach and was very accommodating. Briarwood is a lovely development, and we were able to walk to the pickleball courts and playground. Last year, we stayed closer to Marco Island, but we found this location to be much better, as it is closer to 5th Avenue, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. We highly recommend this home!

Briarwood, Naples April 2023

Our family and I very much enjoyed this lovely home and the salt water pool, with the pretty view of the lake from the salt water pool area. It was great being able to grill lunch and dinner by the pool with the scenic lake view. We also greatly enjoyed the beautiful Briarwood community, and walking and biking (we very much enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental) throughout Briarwood every day. The home is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the 5th Ave and 3rd Street shops and restaurants, the Tin City shops/dining, and the Naples Princess Sunset Dinner Cruise through the Port Royal homes and Gulf of Mexico waters. Additionally, we were able to do day trips to Sanibel and Bonita Springs, which, respectively, are only 1 hour and only 20 min from this house. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful, relaxing stay in Central Naples.

First Class amenities

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was immaculate and the furnishings were beautiful. They provided luxury soaps in every bathroom, as well as, shampoos and conditions. They even presented us with a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. The pool and lanai area were perfect and thoroughly enjoyed by our grandchildren. They provided pool and beach toys for the kids, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for our use. We enjoyed use of the bicycles also. The owners were very helpful and provided assistance for an issue with the TVs. We would definitely consider renting this house again or recommending it to our friends. The location was close to the downtown area malls and restaurants.

One of the Best!

Mirela, We have rented many houses in SW Florida over the years, and I can honestly say that this one ranks as one of the BEST! The bar soap, soft soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in all bathrooms as well as the outside shower…AWESOME! The VRBO website was easy to use and you always answered my questions quickly! The kitchen was so well organized and supplied with many pots and pans, LOTS of plates, silverware and cups so you don’t have to wash dishes after every meal…quality appliances that worked great…a supply of dish and dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies (especially since we were here for a whole month)…an assortment of spices and various oils and dry goods left from previous renters…Fabulous! Also a wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family!. Great washing machine and clothes dryer in laundry room…iron, ironing board, storage space… LOTS of beach towels!!! Also, great bathroom towels…not only a lot of them, but all 3 bathrooms have their own designs, so you know where they go…AND they were so NEATLY FOLDED in the closets 💙 The house was so kid friendly from the pool toys, to a pack-n-play, high chair, lots of extra pillows, blankets, games, books….and my grandkids make friends with one of the Muscovy ducks! Some of my kiddos favorite things about the house was the pool and the lanai area, watching the wildlife in the pond (ducks, turtles, ibis and otters!), looking for little lizards and picking a banana from the tree outside! Another BIG plus was very nice/comfortable furniture and beds!! But I have to say that my most favorite thing was the early mornings I spent sitting on the lanai, listening to the quiet and watching the sun rise… so blessed to have the time we spent here! Excellent Property and experience

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was immaculate and the owner was very nice and accommodating. The only thing we didn't understand was how to retrieve the World Series Baseball games. Since I am a Phillies fan, I pouted a bit. Just kidding. I would recommend this property to anyone and hopefully I will be able to stay there again next year. Wonderful Naples stay

Good communication, especially helpful as we were looking for alternative accommodation for two weeks at short notice after Hurricane Ian struck the Gulf Coast. The house is modern, spacious, well maintained and very clean. Everything has been thought of, from kitchen equipment, plenty of towels and shampoo etc in bathrooms, to outside furniture to beach chairs and bikes in the garage, the warm solar heated pool was wonderful. We had a problem with the pool pump one morning and this was sorted the same day, sign of great service. The location is fantastic, Briarwood is a smart gated estate that is well looked after, the house has a wonderful outlook onto a lake, where we saw all sorts of wildlife just beyond the south facing lanai including white Egret, Osprey, Herons and even a Turtle. We would book again.

First Class Home

We stay in this property ever time we visit Naples and it is ALWAYS first class but this year, Mirela and her family have refurbished the house, decorated and new flooring in the bedrooms and the standard is better than ever before. It really is a home from home and perfect for families of all ages. Naples is my favourite place on earth and made even better by staying in this home.
