Crown Pointe is located only 7 minutes to downtown Naples' famous 5th Avenue and about 10 minutes to the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! You will absolutely love the 2400 sqft of gorgeous space offering 4 bedrooms, a den, 3 living areas, 2 dining spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms. Additional guests can sleep on the pullout sofa or in the den. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, the home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

You’ll love the chef's kitchen, with high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything that you need to prepare a family meal. When it’s time to serve a meal, there’s a dining room, a breakfast nook, and seating at the bar or the enclosed lanai. There are 3 seating areas inside - a formal living room, a cozy den/TV room (both with big flat screen TVs), and the lanai (which is fully under AC). The pool deck features a large dining table, or you can also relax on one of the lounges by your private heated pool while the grill master cooks up something delicious on gas grill. After a day at the pool or the beach, you can relax on one of the couches in front of the three large HD TVs (with cable and WiFi) and enjoy a drink or two.

The home features 4 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms (including the master suite) have king beds, and the fourth bedrooms has two twin beds. All mattresses are brand new, high-end memory foam which guarantee a restful night sleep. We also offer a fully stock coffee bar with a regular coffee, Nespresso machine, and a variety of teas. Washer and dryer are also available.

The Crowne Pointe community offers a fitness room, a large pool, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts, sauna, and a great lake for fishing! Grocery store, restaurants, spa, etc. are less than half a mile away. Mercato and Waterside Shops' fine dining and shopping as well as the beaches are just a short drive away from this quiet neighborhood. Golfers will find a vast choice of public courses nearby. Sports enthusiasts can use the home's bicycles to stroll to shopping and Olde Naples. We provide pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers for your day at the beach!

There is parking for up to 3-4 cars in the driveway. An additional pool heat fee of $30 per day must be paid prior to check-in in the winter months. PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; i.e., the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. All guest accept the risks of using the pool. The owners will not be held responsible in any way. We follow the Collier County's quiet hours ordinance from 10 pm - 8 am.
