With 27 miles of beaches bordering the emerald green water along the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay, Panama City Beach provides a genuine vacation experience. Looking for a laid-back escape, a family vacation spot packed with fun? Look no further.

On site parking (underground/above ground) - carts available to bring groceries, etc to the condo.

You will experience breathtaking views from the 12th floor of the Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium. This is a spacious 1380 square foot, three bedroom room, two full bath with full size washer/dryer. The entire condo is recently redecorated, fresh and exceptionally kept. Master Bedroom and Living Room provide floor to ceiling windows with full view of white sandy beaches and emerald green waters.

This unit features an over-sized balcony with table and six chairs as well as two lounge chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails with a breathtaking view of the Gulf.

The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, 42” TV. Private access to the balcony, master bath featuring a walk in shower, large garden tub, and double sinks.

The Second Bedroom features a king size bed, 36” TV, dresser and closet.

The Third bedroom provides twin/full bunk bed, a chest of drawers, 32" flat screen TV.

The living room has a 65" TV, queen size sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress – a restful sleep with no mattress springs/bars digging in your back!

Laundry - provides a full size washer and dryer.

Parking passes ($50 plus taxes/fees) and Resort bands ($5 plus taxes/fees) must be purchased on web. www.TheParkingSpot.com/boardwalk/

Wonderful Place to Stay in PCB

We loved our stay in the condo! It had plenty of space, was well-stocked with everything we needed, and was immaculately clean. The pool was large enough to not feel crowded, and the beach is so close. We appreciated all the extra touches that made us feel welcome.

Spacious, clean space on 12th floor

The condo itself was great... Nicely decorated, clean, good spaces to hang out inside and out. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need to make meals for the week. The only drawbacks are that the gym is permanently closed ( effective 3/1/25), and one of the jets in one of the two hot tubs was broken the entire week. The repair wouldn't have made much of a difference except for the fact that we had double red flags most of the week and had to spend all time in pool/ hot tub area during our visit. Both of those things were not reflections on the unit owners, but more on the property itself (internet still mentions a gym on the Boardwalk website).

Family fun in PCB

This condo was most comfortable and had plenty of supplies to accomodate our family. The owners weee most responsive! Things were bright and updated!

Loved our stay

We had the best time at the Taran’s. It had everything we needed, was clean and extremely comfortable! The full size bunk was comfortable for me as an adult. Communication with Diane was great. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent condo!

Excellent option for a family! The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. It has a wonderful view, and even has beach toys for the kids to play with! There are many rules that are enforced by the property security, but it made for a calm and enjoyable stay! The only downside is paying for a second parking pass, $55 is a bit steep, especially since there’s ample amount of parking. This isn’t controlled by the Owners, but instead the property management.

Late and lack of information from owners but great condo.

The condo itself deserves a “5” rating, one of the best we have ever stayed at in Panama City Beach. The owners supplying their guests with correct and timely information were SEVERELY LACKING and deserved a “1” rating. 4 issues depicting this are listed as follows: 1) It was a little unethical to wait until right before the “Pay Now” button to inform the customer that he/she must buy the damage insurance or put $3,000 in limbo before he/she can book the condo. 2) VRBO stated that the host provided arrival information saying we would receive an email from them a week before our arrival with our personal code to the electronic locking system on the front door. That did not happen. I sent an email and a voice message on their phone 4 days before our arrival but did not receive an email or phone call until 2 days before our arrival. My wife and I are senior citizens and we both were starting to think we had been scammed out of nearly $3,000. Their excuse for providing extremely late information was that they were out of the country. 3) I asked how to get a parking pass for a second vehicle and inquired if I needed to buy a pass for my son who lives in Panama City Beach and would be coming for dinner but would not be staying overnight. Their response was to buy parking passes at the guard hut. On the description of the condo, the host stated that only one pass was provided, which they said was a $20 value, but I found when I went to buy the additional parking passes, they were $35. The guard also told me that non-overnight guests parking passes were free. Another example of the owner not supplying correct or timely information. 4) When I brought these issues to the owner’s attention, she was very confrontational and asked me not to leave a review.

Awesome views and beautiful home!

We very much enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was beautiful and a great location. Everything was just as displayed in the photos. We enjoyed all the board games in the condo for Game Nights with the kids!! You were very responsive and even helped us get checked in a little early. Definitely will be returning! P.S. I loved the photo on the TV cabinet! It was awesome being able to see who I had been communicating with all this time. Thanks again fir sharing your home with me and my family!

Best Condo at Boardwalk!

Walt and Diane are great! The condo is always very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. My family and I have stayed here many times and we are never disappointed. We will definitely book this condo for years to come.

Immaculate condo! Would rent again with mattress topper.

The condo was very clean, looked just like the pictures on VRBO. The the only issue we had was the mattress in the master bedroom is very hard. I have three herniated disc in my back and woke up in pain everyday. Also there was a picture of the owners in the living room. This was a first for us and we have rented many condos in this complex.

Awesome condo, rude resort security

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the sunsets from the deck. The condo is exactly as it appears online. We’ve been staying at this resort for some years now, and Diane & Walt were awesome to deal with. Easy to contact. My son took a friend so it was nice to have the extra bunk room. We’d love to stay here again, however we’re not sure if we’ll come back to The Boardwalk as nothing could be done right without security getting on to you. Kids playing with toys in the pool is a given, however anytime a kid was doing so, security would rush in & tell them to put away as they were no longer allowed. My teenager & his friend were also throwing a small ball during a night swim when no one else was in the pool. A security guard very rudely told them to put it away. I don’t appreciate the way they were spoken to by him. You also couldn’t even play music unless it was barely even able to be heard. After speaking to several of the other guest, we found similar stories with the rude security on site, and the stricter than normal rules. Other guest mentioned they would never stay at this resort again with the price we pay. Definitely not a reflection of these awesome owners as I know the resort sets the rules, however it’s safe to say The Boardwalk lost quite a bit of its customers that week. Other than the strict rules of the resort, we loved the condo & the beauty of it all. *If* we were to stay at this resort again, we’d definitely keep this condo as one of our favorites.

Great Fall Break

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The property and the unit was great and had everything we needed. Diane was very prompt with answering questions and was always available. The only issue we had was our beach carts being stolen overnight from outside unit our door. Definitely our fault for not reading the rules for the walkway, but disturbing when security tells us its probably an employee that works there. Luckily we were able to fish the majority of our things from the dumpster that the thief didn't want. If the property were as strict on property security as they are on making sure guest had their armbands at the pool this might could have been avoided, but again our fault for leaving the items where we did. Lesson learned and we will be back! Thanks for a great vacation!

Most Amazing Stay

We had the best time on our vacation. The unit was everything plus more. It was so clean, fully stocked with everything you need to cook, an amazing view, everything was labeled, and did I mention how clean it was? Walt and Diane were easy to get a hold of prior to arrival to answer questions. We will be back many many times. Thank you for the memories!

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much and could not have asked for more. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. View from the balcony was awesome and we loved having the lounge chairs up there to kick back and relax. Condo was so nice, we absolutely loved it. Owners were quick to respond to messages and help answer any question or need.

Was a great place to stay only complaint was the chairs and umbrella that it states comes with was not accurate and had to pay 35 dollars a day for those. Other than that amazing place to stay.

Clean well stocked condo.

This was our 6th time staying at Boardwalk and this unit was just as advertised. Really impressed all the locks worked even on the pocket doors, great attention to detail!
