It was a real treat to have Megan and her family here for the week. They really are a lovely family of 4. We look forward to having them stay at our home again.

Dylan and family were a pleasure to have as our guests. The family stayed more than a week without a car and were pleased with the proximity of the ocean, town and at the same time, they enjoyed the quiet and private nature of this property. We would love to have Dylan and his family return.

We enjoyed having Nicole & Family. The house was returned in perfect condition. We look forward to having them back again.

In general we found Tim to be a relatively good tenant. However he did not recognize that he needed to bring his own sheets, we supplied him with sheets. Yes we gladly refilled the propane tank. On another note it’s clearly stated that check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM. We can and have been flexible for check inns and checkouts …when there is ample communication and possibility for early check-in‘s or a late check outs. Tim did not request a late check out nor did he inform me that he needed one …for whatever reason. Tim had made eye contact at the door with my house cleaner at 11 am and simply ignored her …she waited in the driveway half an hour. Upon my arrival 30 minutes later, I first knocked on the door and then entered the house with my key. The door was locked. I informed Tim that checkout time was at 11Am and the housekeeper had been in the driveway for half an hour. Furthermore, I did not make any claim to damages for the scratches on both bedroom doors from Tim’s dog nor the torn cafe curtain on the kitchen side door. We don’t sweat the small stuff, but it’s important that we maintain a schedule for our incoming tenants as well as our exiting tenants. We may very well welcome Tim back if he promises to read the rules first.
