Directly on the beach, this luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 baths Villa has beautiful sun-soaked balconies, a gorgeous kitchen, and amazing views!
The Master bedroom has a king and full bathroom with a shower and claw tub.
Master #2 has a queen and full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower.
Bedroom #3 has 1 full and 2 twins. (bunk bed with trundle)
Bedrooms #4 and #5 both have queens and share a jack and-Jill bathroom.

With only a walk out the door to the beach... less than 5 minutes to a local shopping center and groceries.

At East Island Villa you are close to the beaches, all the shops and restaurants of the seawall, and close to Historic Downtown Galveston. Perfect for your family vacation.
If you're looking to go out to eat, Galveston has many delicious restaurants to choose from. Jimmy's on the Pier or The Spot, are both great casual restaurants with a unique Galveston flair. If you are looking for something more formal or fresh gulf seafood, we suggest Hearsay, Fisherman's Wharf, Number 13, The Steakhouse, The Grotto or Gaidos .

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
