Welcome to LanWin at Compass Point, where there is a view of Little Lagoon in almost every single room! This family friendly complex is on the quieter side of west beach end situated on Little Lagoon. The Gulf of Mexico is about a 2 blocks walk to the white soft sandy beaches. Then you can always enjoy the complexes little private beach, right beside the pool that over looks the lagoon, which is wonderful for the kiddos. If it's raining enjoy the indoor pool. Not in the mood to swim? Want to fish instead, jump on the fishing pier, boardwalk or your boat/kayak off the boat ramp! There is a shaded area also when the sun is to much. End the evening at the BBQ area or fish cleaning station for the Fabulous sunsets.

The primary bedroom has a new King plush mattress with ensuite bathroom, 2 closets and balcony with glorious sunrises. The secondary bedroom has a new queen plush mattress with a shared balcony with the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. All bedroom have TVs with cable and FREE Wi-Fi. These is also a stackable washer/dyer in the condo. There is tile throughout the entire condo. Like to COOK? The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need(some spices provided). There are granite countertops, coffee maker, a breakfast bar with 2 stools and dining table for 6 beside the picture window.

Not one for cooking.. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants to chose from.
Our #1 and the closest is the BEACH HOUSE just a mile away. Then there is the Hangout, Pink Pony, Sea-n-Suds, and SLOOP that are just a bit more of a drive. There is so much to do, while visiting our part of the GULF COAST. Fort Morgan and Gulf State Park that has a #1 People's choice for the 2nd year Hugh B. Brayon Backcounty Trail: for the naturist. Then for the thrill seeker there is Waterville USA, the Track and deep sea fishing at Zeke's Landing. OH! I forgot, in Foley there is the outlet mall along with OWA! OWA has an indoor waterpark, amusement park, brewery and more.
