Newly remodeled with a lot of space
I believe that we were one of, if not the first to stay at this rental. Everything seemed brand new from the towels, sheets, kitchen items, furniture, etc. I don't think we realized how large the house was before arriving. There are three separate bedrooms all with new queen beds. There is also a fourth bedroom with bunk beds that has a sliding door access to the pool. Two large living spaces with large flat screen TVs, a large dining area, and a decent sized kitchen with new appliances.
My complaints are few and minimal. First, the pool was not heated and a bit cold for us in March. I don't think young kids would mind at all, but we didn't swim as much as we would have wanted. I'm guessing this may be something the owner will invest in at a future date after some rental income. Also, the overhead lighting in the main living area by the front door would cycle on and off all night long, an easy fix. Lastly, in past stays there is usually a binder of sorts to explain the "operational" aspects such as the front door lock, the A/C thermostat, pool pump, etc. but this has not been done yet. Just some rules posted on the wall. Again, with this being a new rental I'm sure the owner will be on top of this as soon as he gets caught up. With that being said, we NEVER attempted to contact the owner about any of this so it falls on us. We just didn't think the issues warranted disturbing the owner.
Overall a very nice, newly remodeled spacious house I would use again.
